勤上光电企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:为了顺应国内外经济发展变革的步伐,引领公司进一步持续发展,指导公司今后经营管理活动,本文从整体思路和总体发展方向上对勤上光电企业发展战略进行探讨和研究。在对公司进行了广泛深入的研究后,按企业战略所涉的内外部环境分析、战略制定及战略实施三个不同阶段,,探讨如何塑造勤上光电的发展经营战略规划,确保勤上光电能百战不殆,长盛不衰。 面对复杂变化的国际国内经济环境,本文首先对勤上光电企业所处的外部环境、内部环境进行分析,然后通过SWOT分析,即对勤上光电企业的优势、劣势、威胁和机遇进行分析,最终拟定了勤上光电的战略及战略实施采取的相应措施。到现在,一成不变的完美战略方案和实施手段同时并存的美好时光早已风光不再。而战略的制定和实施,更多的是一种不断互相调整,不断完善的过程,甚至可以说是一个不断从错误中学习调整的过程。因此,对各种战略理论的分析比较是制定企业发展战略的第一步。 本文通过对国内LED行业面临的环境形势分析和LED产业链具体情况分析,结合对勤上光电企业内部的技术水平、管理水平、运营能力、生产和质量控制能力进行综合分析,对企业内部优势和劣势进行评价,分析了企业特有的能力,进行了勤上光电企业战略的选择分析。通过对勤上光电企业发展战略的研究,总结出了我国LED行业的可持续发展可参考的思路,对行业内其他公司的经营管理有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In order to conform to the pace of economic development and reform at home and abroad, to guide the company's further sustainable development, and to guide the company's future management activities, this paper discusses and studies the development strategy of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground from the overall thinking and the overall development direction. After extensive and in-depth research on the company, according to the analysis of the internal and external environment involved in the enterprise strategy, the strategy formulation and the implementation of the strategy, this paper discusses how to shape the development and management strategy planning of the company. Make sure that the photoelectric on the ground can not be defeated, long-lasting. In the face of the complex changing international and domestic economic environment, this paper first analyzes the external environment and internal environment of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground, and then through the SWOT analysis, analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground. Finally, the paper draws up the strategy of photoelectric on the ground and the corresponding measures to be taken in the implementation of the strategy. By now, the perfect strategy and the means of implementation at the same time the good times are long gone. The formulation and implementation of strategy is more a process of continuous adjustment and improvement, or even a process of learning from mistakes. Therefore, the analysis and comparison of various strategic theories is the first step in formulating enterprise development strategy. Based on the analysis of the environmental situation facing the domestic LED industry and the specific situation of the LED industry chain, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the technical level, management level, operation ability, production and quality control ability of the photoelectric enterprises on duty. This paper evaluates the internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, analyzes the unique ability of the enterprise, and analyzes the selection of the strategy of the photoelectric enterprise on the ground. Through the research on the development strategy of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground, the paper summarizes the ideas for the sustainable development of the LED industry in our country, which has certain guiding significance for the management and management of other companies in the industry.
