基于产业链视角的嵊州领带行业优化升级战略研究

【摘要】:第一章阐明了论文写作的背景。通过介绍浙江经济的特色引出浙江经济具有产业集群化的特点,说明产业集群化对浙江经济的重要影响。然而,面对金融危机带来的影响,产业集群的面临新的挑战,会引发全球新一轮的产业调整,需要对产业链进行整合升级才能提升竞争力。 第二章进行了相关理论研究。从国内外文献学习中提出了对产业链的理论渊源、产业链的主要内涵、产业链的形成与构建、产业链的整合与升级等方面的文献研究,同时对于产业链理论与产业链升级方面进行了联系,更深刻的了解产业链理论以及产业链整合升级等相关内容,为嵊州领带产业链的研究提供了理论基础。 第三章综述了嵊州领带行业情况。通过对嵊州领带行业的发展过程来了解嵊州领带集群的历史和衍变历程;通过调研走访、收集资料等方法得到了嵊州领带行业的发展现状,并结合当地实际对发展规划进行了阐述。 第四章分析了嵊州领带的产业链情况。通过对现状的研究之后,对嵊州领带行业产业链的问题分析,同样是从上游、中游、下游三个阶段进行分析,对每个阶段都提出了三方面的问题。最好用SWOFT等方法来分析嵊州领带行业产业链整合的优劣势。 第五章提出了嵊州领带行业产业链整合的战略设计。在对上游的战略设计者提出了三点建议,分别是外拓基地以化解原材料供应风险、整合上游以降低原材料采购成本、兼并重组以促进原材料企业集群;在对中游的战略设计者提出了三点建议,分别是加大领带行业产业链中游的人才投入、加大领带行业产业链中游的科研投入、加大领带行业产业链中游的品牌投入;在对下游的战略设计者提出了三点建议,分别是完善配套设施,提升产业公共服务水平、完善销售渠道,,提升产业现代营销水平、完善组团模式,提升产业整体竞争水平。 第六章进行了嵊州领带产业链整合的实证研究。以嵊州市巴贝领带有限公司为例,通过对该公司的简要介绍来初步了解巴贝领带有限公司;通过嵊州市巴贝领带有限公司上游企业的收购、紧抓技改和品牌、设立国外设计室、开设全球直营店等四个方面来阐述该公司产业链整合的策略;通过产业链整合后公司领带业务的增加、价值链价值的提升、一体化战略的显现等三个方面来分析巴贝领带有限公司产业链整合后的实效。 第七章归纳了文章的研究及创新内容,并且提出了未来的工作的期望。
[Abstract]:The first chapter explains the background of the thesis. By introducing the characteristics of Zhejiang economy, the paper points out that Zhejiang economy has the characteristics of industrial cluster, and explains the important influence of industrial cluster on Zhejiang economy. However, in the face of the impact of the financial crisis, industrial clusters will face new challenges, which will lead to a new round of global industrial adjustment, which requires the integration and upgrading of the industrial chain in order to enhance competitiveness. The second chapter carries on the related theory research. The theoretical origin of industrial chain, the main connotation of industrial chain, the formation and construction of industrial chain, the integration and upgrading of industrial chain and so on are put forward from the literature study at home and abroad. At the same time, the theory of industrial chain and the upgrading of industrial chain are connected, and the theory of industrial chain and the integration and upgrading of industrial chain are deeply understood, which provides a theoretical basis for the research of Shengzhou necktie industrial chain. The third chapter summarizes the necktie industry in Shengzhou. Through the development of the necktie industry in Shengzhou to understand the history and evolution of the necktie cluster in Shengzhou, through research visits, data collection and other methods to obtain the development of the necktie industry in Shengzhou, Combined with the local reality, the development planning is expounded. The fourth chapter analyzes the industrial chain of Shengzhou necktie. After the study of the present situation, the problems of the necktie industry chain in Shengzhou are also analyzed from the upstream, middle and downstream stages, and three problems are put forward in each stage. It is best to use SWOFT and other methods to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of the tie industry chain in Shengzhou. Chapter five puts forward the strategic design of the integration of necktie industry chain in Shengzhou. Three suggestions are put forward to the upstream strategy designers, which are to expand the base to resolve the risk of raw material supply, to integrate upstream to reduce the cost of purchasing raw materials, and to merge and reorganize to promote the cluster of raw material enterprises. In the middle of the strategic designer put forward three suggestions, respectively, is to increase the tie industry chain midstream talent investment, increase tie industry chain midstream research investment, increase tie industry chain brand investment; Three suggestions are put forward to the strategy designers in the downstream, which are to perfect the supporting facilities, improve the level of industrial public service, perfect the sales channels, improve the modern marketing level of the industry, perfect the mode of group formation, and enhance the overall competition level of the industry. The sixth chapter carries on the empirical research of Shengzhou necktie industry chain integration. Take Shengzhou Babe tie Co., Ltd as an example, through a brief introduction to the company, we can get a preliminary understanding of Babe tie Co., Ltd., through the acquisition of upstream enterprises of Shengzhou Babe tie Co., Ltd., we should pay close attention to technical transformation and brand, and set up foreign design rooms. Open a global direct store and other four aspects to explain the integration of the company's industrial chain strategy, through the industrial chain integration of the company's tie business increase, the value of the value chain, The appearance of integration strategy and other three aspects to analyze the effectiveness of the integration of Babe tie Co., Ltd. after the industrial chain. The seventh chapter summarizes the research and innovation of the article, and puts forward the expectation of future work.
