【摘要】：正为国内外广泛关注的十八届五中全会通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》。《建议》提出的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念是最核心的内容,其中"创新"居首位。此对于涂料行业"十三五"规划的编制具有重大的指导意义。由此,涂料行业"十三五"规划编制基本情况和思路也成为行业所关注的焦点。为了初步了解涂料行业"十二五"规划完成情况、"十三五"规划编制背景、编制思路和框架,本刊特从规划编制单位——中国涂料工业协会了解了相关信息以飨读者,望能为了解行业未来发展及为企业发展提供指导起到一定作用。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which has been extensively concerned at home and abroad, adopted the "proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development." the proposal puts forward innovation, coordination, green, and openness. Sharing five development ideas is the core content, among which "innovation" is the first. This is of great guiding significance to the formulation of the third five-year plan of the paint industry. As a result, the paint industry "the third five-year" planning and preparation of the basic situation and ideas have become the focus of the industry.
