【摘要】:随着全球化竞争的日益激烈,人力资本对一个企业的发展起到越来越重要的作用,它逐渐转变成为目前全球企业财富的创造者以及风险的承担者。从某种程度上讲,人力资源的内涵也从以前的一种控制手段转变成为目前的一种管理手段。企业在运营过程中实行激励的最直接意图是正确地调整员工工作的思想动机,最大限度增强员工在工作中获得的满意度,使管理者和企业员工在完成工作目标的同时更能够从工作中实现自身的需要,而且也能够激发员工的工作积极性和创造性,最终实现企业与员工自身发展的双赢局面。当今社会的发展可谓是日新月异,导致员工自身的需求也跟着不断变化,进而带来激励的与时俱进。因此,对于一个企业来讲,如何建立良好的员工激励模式,并且能够制定和运用好激励机制是现代企业面临的亟待解决的重要问题。 本文以xy油田企业为研究对象,以激励相关理论为基础,以xy油田企业员工激励管理为主线,并运用问卷调查法对xy油田企业员工激励效力进行了较为系统的分析评价。首先,从激励相关理论出发,同时结合问卷调查法对xy油田企业的激励实施现状进行了比较详细的分析。然后,通过运用前面调查问卷分析结论,对xy油田企业中三类员工分别进行了激励机制的设计。最后,给出了xy油田企业员工进行激励机制的平衡与建议,总结xy油田企业的激励机制改进与完善的原则、阻力以及基本程序。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition of globalization, human capital plays a more and more important role in the development of an enterprise, and it gradually becomes the creator of global enterprise wealth and the bearer of risk. To a certain extent, the connotation of human resources has changed from a former means of control to the present one. The most direct intention of enterprises to implement incentives in the course of operation is to correctly adjust the ideological motivation of employees' work, and to maximize the degree of satisfaction gained by employees in their work. At the same time, managers and employees can achieve their own needs from the work, but also can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and finally achieve the win-win situation of the development of enterprises and employees themselves. Nowadays, the development of the society is changing with each passing day, which leads to the constant change of the staff's own needs, and then brings the motivation to keep pace with the times. Therefore, for an enterprise, how to establish a good employee incentive model, and to be able to develop and apply a good incentive mechanism is an important problem to be solved urgently. This paper takes XY oilfield enterprise as the research object, takes the incentive theory as the foundation, takes the XY oilfield enterprise staff incentive management as the main line, and uses the questionnaire method to carry on the relatively systematic analysis and the appraisal to the XY oil field enterprise staff incentive effect. Firstly, based on the incentive theory and questionnaire survey, the actualization status of XY oilfield enterprises is analyzed in detail. Then, the incentive mechanism of three kinds of employees in XY oilfield is designed by using the analysis conclusion of questionnaire. Finally, the paper gives the balance and suggestion of the incentive mechanism of XY oil field enterprise, summarizes the principle, resistance and basic procedure of improving and perfecting the incentive mechanism of XY oilfield enterprise.
