M公司油基泥浆产品在塔里木地区推广及应用研究

【摘要】:能源的日益需求与行业工程技术服务有着紧密的联系,油田服务公司的技术发展是随着石油、天然气开采难度而提高,本文主要介绍和论述了M公司钻井液体系技术服务公司的油基泥浆对能源的勘探开发的重要性及企业在中国塔里木油田技术推广的发展趋势。塔里木库车前陆盆地天然气资源十分丰富,但面临诸多勘探开发和工程技术难题,新疆大庆和塔里木4000万吨油气发展规划要求迫切。根据塔里木油田提速需要,必须加快山前开发步伐,要求山前井完井周期由平均477天降到255天。同时需要解决因使用水基泥浆情况下在复杂层位引起的复杂事故,尤其是在古近系库木列格组盐膏层,在三高条件下,泥浆性能恶化引起井下复杂事故以及目的层白垩系泥岩储层保护及垮塌问题。更好的应用于中国塔里木油气田,,为油气田勘探开发钻井液技术体系应用高效廉价、一剂多效、保护储层、减轻环境污染起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:The increasing demand for energy is closely related to the engineering and technical services of the industry. The technical development of oil field service companies is increasing with the difficulty of exploiting oil and natural gas. This paper mainly introduces and discusses the importance of oil based mud of drilling fluid system Technical Service Company of M Company to the exploration and development of energy and the development trend of technology popularization of enterprises in Tarim Oilfield in China. The Tarim Kuqa Foreland Basin is rich in natural gas resources, but it is faced with many difficult problems in exploration and development and engineering technology. It is urgent to plan 40 million tons of oil and gas development in Daqing and Tarim, Xinjiang. According to the need of increasing speed in Tarim Oilfield, it is necessary to speed up the development at the front of the mountain, and the completion period of the well in front of the mountain must be reduced from 477 days to 255 days on average. At the same time, it is necessary to solve the complex accidents caused by the use of water-based mud in complex layers, especially in the Paleogene Kumoleger formation salt paste layer, under the three high conditions, The deterioration of mud property causes complex accidents and the protection and collapse of the Cretaceous mudstone reservoir. Better application in Tarim oil and gas field in China, for oil and gas exploration and development of drilling fluid technology system application of high efficiency and low cost, one dose of multi-effect, protect reservoir, reduce environmental pollution plays an important role.
