D公司技能人员培训体系改进研究

【摘要】:随着科技的不断发展及信息技术的不断普及,企业之间的竞争已经不仅仅依靠传统性的规模和实力来获得市场,越来越多的企业认识到,只有人才资源才是一个企业发展的先决条件。加强对员工的素质培训和提升,已经成为现代企业管理的重要方式和手段。但是,由于我国历史沿袭和思想观念守旧等原因,大多数企业在员工培训上起步较晚,在与国际上发达国家先进管理经验方面仍然存在严重的不足,缺乏系统性的培训计划和专业的培训人才。作为现代制造业企业,D公司对技术操作、加工设计与工艺的加工精度要求更加严格,因此,更加需要既掌握技术理论知识又掌握熟练的技术应用能力的相应人才,即通常所说的“高技能人才”。对于D公司而言,只有不断完善培训系统和培养优秀的高技能人才,才能在行业内保持强有力的竞争力。首先,本文详细分析了高技能人才的特征和作用,剖析了高技能人才短缺所产生的严重影响,从而得出了高技能人才培养对D公司战略发展的重要性。其次,本论文从D公司的人力资源概况的分析入手,分析了D公司内高技能人员的数量、学历结构,再通过对D公司发展战略和经营目标的分析,确认了高技能人才对公司发展的重要性和作用。再次,论文还通过对D公司现有的培训情况的数据的分析,汇总了公司高技能人才培养现状;采用问卷调查和访谈法等的方式,指出D公司在高技能人才培养方面存在的问题,为下一步深入研究高技能人才培养体系的改进做好准备。最后,从培训需求分析、培训计划制定、培训计划实施和培训效果评估等方面详细给出了改进的方案,并有针对性的提出了完善D公司高技能人才培养体系的保障措施。因此,总结企业培训体系中存在的问题和不足、借鉴国际上先进的人力资源培训管理经验,为企业建立完善的培训机制,发展培训体系有着深远的意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the popularization of information technology, competition among enterprises has not only relied on the traditional scale and strength to obtain the market, more and more enterprises realize that, Only the human resources is a prerequisite for the development of an enterprise. Strengthening the quality training and promotion of employees has become an important way and means of modern enterprise management. However, due to the historical tradition and conservative ideology of our country, the majority of enterprises start relatively late in staff training, and still have serious deficiencies in advanced management experience with developed countries in the world. Lack of systematic training programs and professional trainers. As a modern manufacturing enterprise, Company D has more stringent requirements for the precision of technology operation, process design and process, so it needs more qualified personnel who can master both technical theory knowledge and skilled technical application ability. That is, what is commonly referred to as a "highly skilled person". For company D, only by constantly improving the training system and cultivating excellent high skilled personnel, can we maintain strong competitiveness in the industry. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of high-skilled talents in detail, analyzes the serious impact of the shortage of high-skilled talents, and concludes the importance of high-skilled talents training to the strategic development of company D. Secondly, this paper begins with the analysis of the human resource situation of company D, analyzes the number of highly skilled personnel, the educational structure of company D, and then analyzes the development strategy and management goal of company D. The importance and function of high-skilled talents to the development of the company are confirmed. Thirdly, through the analysis of the current training data of company D, the paper summarizes the current situation of the training of high-skilled talents in the company, and points out the problems existing in the cultivation of high-skilled talents in company D by means of questionnaire survey and interviews, etc. For the next step to further study the training system of high-skilled personnel to improve the preparation. Finally, from the aspects of training demand analysis, training plan formulation, training plan implementation and training effect evaluation, this paper gives the improvement plan in detail, and puts forward the safeguard measures to perfect D company high skill talent training system. Therefore, it is of great significance to summarize the problems and shortcomings in the enterprise training system, to learn from the international advanced human resource training management experience, to establish the perfect training mechanism for the enterprise and to develop the training system.
