基于因子分析法的油田企业运营风险评估模型构建与应用研究

【摘要】：石油,被誉为工业的血液,在一个国家发展过程中占有举足轻重的地位,为了保证我国经济快速稳定地发展,首先要保证我国油田企业的健康、快速发展,这就要求油田企业必须有一个稳定、健康的运营环境,因此对油田企业运营风险的研究就显得具有非常重要的现实意义。本文的选题就定位在我国油田企业运营风险,研究的问题是油田企业运营风险评估模型的构建与应用。在理论上,首先对油田企业运营风险的定义给出界定,即造成油田企业达不到预期运营目标的不确定性,或者影响油田企业运营目标实现的那些消极的不确定性。即在油田企业实现运营目标的过程中,由于其本身的不确定性,使运营目标可能无法按要求实现,从而能引起损失的事态称为油田企业运营风险。这里所说的事态是一种概念思维形式,是指事情在进展中,而结果是不可预料的一种局面。在评估模型构建上,首先确定了评价指标体系构建的原则,通过分析运营风险对油田企业在财务、营运、合规、QHSE、声誉五个方面的影响,结合油田企业自身的特点,确定了一套包括12个指标的评估指标体系,然后基于因子分析法构建了油田企业运营风险评估模型,确定了油田企业运营风险综合因子得分计算公式。在应用分析上,首先分析了油田企业开展运营风险管理的必要性,然后阐述了油田企业运营风险管理现状,最后选择X油田企业作为一个实例,运用构建的模型对X油田企业运营风险进行评估,通过对评估结果的分析,总结出X油田企业在运营风险管理上存在的问题,由于油田企业存在一些特有的共性特征,通过项目调研和走访,发现其它油田企业也存在同样的问题,然后针对这些问题,提出了一些管控对策。
[Abstract]:Petroleum, known as the blood of industry, plays an important role in the development of a country. In order to ensure the rapid and stable development of our country's economy, first of all, we must ensure the healthy and rapid development of our oil field enterprises. This requires that the oil field enterprises must have a stable and healthy operating environment, so the study of the operational risk of the oil field enterprises is of great practical significance. The topic of this paper is focused on the operational risk of oil field enterprises in China. The problem studied is the construction and application of operational risk assessment model for oil field enterprises. In theory, the definition of operational risk of oil field enterprises is firstly defined, that is, the uncertainty that causes the oil field enterprises to fail to achieve the expected operational objectives, or the negative uncertainties that affect the realization of the operational objectives of oil field enterprises. That is, in the process of oil field enterprises to achieve operational objectives, due to its own uncertainty, the operational objectives may not be achieved according to the requirements, which can cause losses of the situation known as the operational risk of oil field enterprises. The state of affairs here is a form of conceptual thinking, a situation in which things are in progress and the outcome is unpredictable. In the construction of evaluation model, firstly, the principles of evaluation index system are determined. By analyzing the impact of operational risks on the financial, operational, compliance and reputation of oil field enterprises, combined with the characteristics of oil field enterprises, A set of evaluation index system including 12 indexes is established, and then based on factor analysis method, the operational risk assessment model of oil field enterprises is constructed, and the calculation formula of comprehensive factor score of operational risk in oil field enterprises is determined. In application analysis, the necessity of developing operational risk management in oil field enterprises is analyzed, and then the present situation of operational risk management in oil field enterprises is expounded. Finally, X oilfield enterprise is selected as an example. The operational risk of X oilfield enterprises is evaluated by using the established model. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, the problems existing in the operation risk management of the X oilfield enterprises are summarized, because of some unique common characteristics of the oil field enterprises. Through project investigation and visit, we find that other oil field enterprises also have the same problems, and then put forward some management and control countermeasures against these problems.
