ZS家具公司发展战略研究

【摘要】::改革开放以来,中国家具产业发展速度之快令人难以想象,国内家具生产总值从1985年的29亿元增长到2011年的10100亿元,在短短的25年间总产值翻了348陪。国内家具产业已经成为世界家具制造中心,中国成为世界上最大的家具生产国和出口国。家具业也成为继食品、服装、家电后的第四大产业,是国民经济的重要组成部分,是与人民生活密切相关的产业。 但是,家具行业技术含量比较低,属于劳动密集型企业,企业一般情况下不需要大量资金投入,没有太高的进入壁垒,出现国内家具企业数量众多的局面。某些中小企业在过去二十多年靠机遇、胆识和不平衡的卖方市场走向成功,但是现在则面临着诸多挑战和竞争压力,仅凭胆识和勇气而缺乏战略思维是不够的。众多的中小家具企业要想在未来激烈残酷的市场竞争环境中发展壮大,企业老板和高层管理者必须在全面把握企业所面临的宏观环境、产业环境和微观环境的基础上,结合自身条件制定出企业发展战略,使企业走上健康发展之路。 本文从战略管理理论和核心能力理论入手,阐述了本文研究需要用到的相关理论。通过对家具行业的系统研究,总结出中国家具业的发展特点和存在的不足,为ZS家具公司战略制定提供现实土壤。利用战略分析模型如五力模型和SWOT模型研究ZS公司的在产业内的竞争力、外部环境对ZS公司的机会和威胁、以及ZS公司的资源和能力。根据环境分析制定出ZS公司的发展战略,特别针对国际化、品牌、产品和市场战略进行了详细的研究。为了战略的有效实施,本文研究了ZS公司战略实施策略,分别出组织设计、资源配置、人才激励和企业文化建设角度研究ZS公司战略的实现方案。最后给出了本文的研究结论和展望。 笔者希望此论文对家具产业的研究能够为所有家具企业认识自己所处环境和竞争状况提供参考,也希望ZS家具公司战略方案能够使ZS发展壮大,通过培育ZS公司核心能力提升其竞争力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the speed of the development of China's furniture industry is unimaginable. The GDP of domestic furniture has increased from 2 billion 900 million yuan in 1985 to 10100 billion yuan in 2011. The total output value of the furniture has turned 348 in the short period of 25 years. The domestic furniture industry has become the world furniture manufacturing center, and China has become the largest furniture producer in the world and the world's largest furniture producing country. Exporting countries, furniture industry has also become the fourth major industry after food, clothing and household appliances. It is an important part of the national economy and an industry closely related to people's lives.
However, the technical content of the furniture industry is low, which belongs to the labor intensive enterprise. In general, the enterprise does not need a large amount of capital investment, there is not too high entry barriers, and there is a large number of domestic furniture enterprises. Some small and medium-sized enterprises have been successful in the past more than 20 years by the opportunity, courage and imbalance of the seller's market. Many small and medium-sized furniture enterprises want to develop and grow in the fierce and cruel market competition environment in the future. Enterprise owners and senior managers must fully grasp the macro environment, the industrial environment and the micro environment. On the basis of it, the enterprise development strategy is formulated according to its own conditions, so as to enable enterprises to embark on the road of healthy development.
This paper, starting with the theory of strategic management and the theory of core competence, expounds the relevant theories that need to be used in this paper. Through the systematic study of the furniture industry, the characteristics and shortcomings of the development of China's furniture industry are summed up, and the practical soil for the strategic formulation of ZS furniture companies is provided. The strategic analysis model, such as the five force model and the SWOT model, is used. The competitiveness of ZS in the industry, the opportunities and threats of the external environment to the ZS company, and the resources and capabilities of the ZS company are studied. The development strategy of the ZS company is formulated according to the environmental analysis, especially for the internationalization, brand, product and market strategy. For the effective implementation of the strategy, this paper studies the war of ZS company. The strategy is implemented, and the implementation of ZS company strategy is studied in the aspects of organizational design, resource allocation, talent incentive and enterprise culture construction. Finally, the conclusions and prospects of this paper are given.
I hope that the research of the furniture industry can provide reference for all furniture enterprises to understand their environment and competitive situation, and also hope that the ZS furniture company's strategic plan can make ZS develop and grow by cultivating the core competence of ZS company to enhance its competitiveness.
