J印刷公司商业模式研究

【摘要】:最近几年,印刷行业面临着巨大的危机,包括订单大量减少、招人困难、印刷厂破产、老板跑路等,传统的印刷行业陷入了前所未有的困境。另外,印刷行业的价格战也非常激烈,彼此压价也屡见不鲜,不是追求价格最低,而是追求更低的价格。由于我国颁布了一系列限制公款消费的政策,很多贺卡和台挂历等业务逐渐减少甚至消失,同时,移动互联网以及新技术的发展对很多传统行业产生了较大的影响和冲击,包装印刷行业作为传统行业不可避免地面临着这些影响和冲击。此外,包装印刷行业受到原材料上涨、下游企业压价、印刷同行恶性竞争等因素使得整个包装印刷行业受到较大冲击。大型国有印刷企业虽然其自身实力雄厚,但面对恶劣的外部环境下,生存条件日益恶化。J印刷公司作为一家国有大型印刷企业面临着严峻的挑战。本研究将以一家经过改制后六年的国企—J印刷公司为研究对象,首先对全球印刷市场和国内印刷市场的整体现状和趋势进行了分析和总结,并通过对包装印刷行业所面临的外部环境进行了分析,为包装印刷企业的未来趋势和发展方向做了预测。然后从J印刷公司商业模式入手,在J印刷公司现有经营数据的基础上,对其商业模式的九个构造模块进行分析并找出其问题所在。最后,通过引用有关国有企业以及商业模式的文献研究成果,针对J印刷公司提出了基于核心竞争力的商业模式创新建议,供J印刷公司做决策参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the printing industry has faced a huge crisis, including a large reduction in orders, difficulty in recruiting, bankruptcy of the printing plant, the running of the boss and so on. The traditional printing industry has fallen into an unprecedented dilemma. In addition, the price war in the printing industry is also very intense, and the price of each other is not fresh, not the lowest price, but the pursuit of lower prices. Since China has issued a series of policies to limit the consumption of public funds, many cards and calendars have gradually reduced or even disappeared. At the same time, the development of mobile Internet and new technologies have greatly influenced and impacted many traditional industries. The packaging and printing industry is inevitably faced with these impacts and shocks as the transmission industry. In addition, the packaging and printing industry has been greatly affected by the rising of raw materials, the lower price of the downstream enterprises and the vicious competition of the printing peers. Although the large state-owned printing enterprises have their own strength, the.J printing company is becoming a large state-owned enterprise in the face of bad external environment. The printing enterprise is facing a severe challenge. This study will take a state-owned enterprise J printing company as the research object for six years after the reform. First, it analyzes and summarizes the overall status and trend of the global printing market and the domestic printing market, and analyzes the external environment of the packaging and printing industry for packaging and printing. The future trend and development direction of the brush enterprise are predicted. Then, on the basis of the existing business data of the J printing company, the nine structural modules of the business model are analyzed and the problems are found out on the basis of the existing business data of the J printing company. Finally, the literature research results about the state-owned enterprises and the business models are quoted. J printing company has put forward the innovation proposal of business mode based on core competitiveness for J printing company to make decision reference.
