医药企业资金配置的效果评价及策略研究

【摘要】：经济的全球化、科技的快速发展以及我国医疗体制改革的不断深入,医药企业之间的竞争更加激烈。医药企业的环境不断变化,企业生产经营过程中各个环节的管理模式也不断发生变化,从而对企业资金配置不断提出新的、更高的要求,如何客观、科学地评价资金配置效果,并制定相应的资金配置策略,直接影响医药企业的创新能力和企业的经营风险以及企业的经济效益。本文在对医药企业资金配置的内外环境进行分析的基础上,设计医药企业资金配置的框架,分析医药企业经营过程中生产环节、采购环节、仓储环节和营销环节管理模式和资金流向,并总结我国医药企业资金配置的特点。基于医药企业经营的各个环节设计资金配置效果评价的指标体系,应用主成分分析,并选择一批医药企业对其资金配置效果进行评价。通过对医药企业资金配置效果进行分析,并得出资金配置策略对资金配置效果的影响,提出医药企业资金配置的策略,给出医药企业经营过程中生产环节、采购环节、仓储环节和营销环节各环节资金配置策略选择的方法。对哈药集团进行案例分析提出其资金配置策略的方案,给出完善我国医药企业资金配置的建议。本文的研究可为医药企业资金配置效果的评价和资金配置策略的制定提供方法和决策依据,对于提高医药企业资金配置效果评价的科学性、提升企业资金使用效率,促进企业的发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, the rapid development of science and technology and the deepening of China's medical system reform, the competition between pharmaceutical enterprises is more fierce. The environment of pharmaceutical enterprises is constantly changing, and the management mode of each link in the process of production and operation of the enterprises is also changing constantly, thus putting forward new and higher requirements for the allocation of funds of the enterprises, how to objectively and scientifically evaluate the effect of the allocation of funds, The corresponding fund allocation strategy will directly affect the innovation ability, the management risk and the economic benefit of the pharmaceutical enterprises. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the pharmaceutical enterprises' capital allocation, this paper designs the framework of the pharmaceutical enterprises' fund allocation, analyzes the production links and the procurement links in the pharmaceutical enterprises' business process. The management mode and capital flow of warehousing and marketing are summarized, and the characteristics of fund allocation in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises are summarized. Based on the index system of evaluating the effect of fund allocation in every link of the management of pharmaceutical enterprises, the principal component analysis is applied, and a group of pharmaceutical enterprises are selected to evaluate the effect of fund allocation. Based on the analysis of the effect of fund allocation in pharmaceutical enterprises and the influence of fund allocation strategy on fund allocation effect, the paper puts forward the strategy of fund allocation in pharmaceutical enterprises, and gives the production links and procurement links in the process of management of pharmaceutical enterprises. Storage link and marketing link each link funds allocation strategy choice method. Based on the case study of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, the paper puts forward the scheme of its fund allocation strategy, and puts forward some suggestions for perfecting the fund allocation of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country. The research in this paper can provide the method and decision basis for the evaluation of the fund allocation effect and the formulation of the fund allocation strategy of the pharmaceutical enterprise. It can improve the science of the evaluation of the fund allocation effect of the pharmaceutical enterprise and enhance the efficiency of the use of the funds of the enterprise. It is of great significance to promote the development of enterprises.
