【摘要】：随着社会的进步与经济的发展、经济全球化进程加快,作为经济发展基础的建筑行业也迅速发展,高速公路建设高潮迭起,大量的建筑施工队伍加入导致行业竞争加剧,在此背景下建筑行业面临诸多挑战。企业要适应市场环境的变化、增强自身的竞争能力、提供经济效益与运作效率、实现公司的可持续发展,就必须集中各方面的资源进行集约化管理,其中施工技术集约化管理对企业增强核心竞争力,为在竞争中赢得优势发挥着重要的作用。本文以中交路桥北方公司为研究对象,对该公司施工技术集约化管理的现状及存在的问题进行分析,运用PEST分析法和SWOT分析法对北方公司推进施工技术集约化管理的环境进行探讨,提出施工技术集约化的具体思路和总体目标,力求在施工技术集约化管理方法上取得突破,并对其实施效果进行了分析,以确保本文研究内容的可行性。文章首先对中交路桥北方公司施工技术集约化管理的课题的研究背景和研究意义进行了简要的介绍,并围绕集约化管理以及施工技术管理的国内外研究成果进行了概况与分析；接下来对集约化管理和技术集约化管理的概念以及相关理论进行了阐述,为本文的研究提供一定的理论支撑；其次介绍了中交路桥北方公司施工技术集约化管理的现状,说明了公司施工技术集约化管理中需要解决的问题；针对这些问题及分析结果,在对北方公司推进施工技术集约化管理的环境分析、总体思路及发展目标提出系统思路的基础上,提出推进施工技术集约化管理的方法,即人员集约化、方案集约化、技术集约和管理集约化,并对其实施效果进行了分析确保研究课题的可行性；最后针对实施的效果进一步提出北方公司技术集约化管理的改进措施和提升计划。本文得出了一套行之有效的中交路桥北方公司推进施工技术集约化管理的工作方法,不仅对中交路桥北方公司施工技术集约化管理开展有重大的指导意义,也为其他公司推进施工技术集约化管理的工作提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of economy, the process of economic globalization accelerates, and the construction industry, which is the foundation of economic development, also develops rapidly. The high tide of highway construction and the participation of a large number of construction teams lead to the intensification of competition in the industry. In this context, the construction industry faces many challenges. In order to adapt to the changes of market environment, enhance their competitive power, provide economic benefits and operational efficiency, and realize the sustainable development of the company, enterprises must concentrate all kinds of resources for intensive management. The intensive management of construction technology plays an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness and winning the advantage in the competition. Taking Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of intensive management of construction technology in this company. By using pest analysis and SWOT analysis, the paper discusses the environment of promoting intensive management of construction technology in Northern Company, puts forward the concrete thinking and overall goal of intensive construction technology, and tries to make a breakthrough in the intensive management method of construction technology. In order to ensure the feasibility of this paper, the effect of its implementation is analyzed. Firstly, the research background and significance of intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company are briefly introduced, and the research results of intensive management and construction technology management at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed. Then the concepts and related theories of intensive management and technology intensive management are expounded, which provides some theoretical support for the research of this paper. Secondly, the paper introduces the current situation of intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company. This paper explains the problems that need to be solved in intensive management of construction technology in the company, and analyzes the environment of promoting intensive management of construction technology in the north company in the light of these problems and the analysis results. On the basis of the overall thinking and the development goal, the paper puts forward the methods of promoting the intensive management of construction technology, that is, the intensification of personnel, the intensification of project, the intensification of technology and the intensification of management. Finally, according to the effect of implementation, the paper puts forward the improvement measures and promotion plan of technology intensive management in Northern Company. In this paper, a set of effective working methods to promote intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company is obtained, which is not only of great guiding significance for intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company, but also of great significance for the development of intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company. It also provides some reference for other companies to promote intensive management of construction technology.
