LT电力通信设备代理公司的发展战略研究

【摘要】:LT电力通信设备代理公司于2007年成立,是一家国外电力通信设备生产商ALX在华北地区的独家代理商。2005年开始,国家电网公司已经对330千伏及以上输变电工程的设备、材料进行了集中采购。国网集中采购对于设备供应商的要求不仅要有计算机系统集成资质等硬性资质,还有诸如注册资金达到5000万元人民币等硬性规模要求。这对于一个中小型的代理公司来说,就意味着失去了投标资格与竞争机会。不止如此,从2012年开始,出于对国家安全方面的考虑,国家对于基础设施的建设如电力行业,已经开始逐步排斥进口设备。也就是说LT电力通信设备代理公司代理的ALX品牌的通信设备也被纳入了被替换的行列。面临这样一个严峻的市场环境,LT电力通信设备代理公司及时调整了企业发展战略,使得企业的销售额从最初的500万,增长到1000万、5000万、8000万甚至到最近连续三年的1亿元以上,实现了销售额的逆袭。面临日益严峻的市场形势,LT电力通信设备代理公司应该如何制定新的战略方案来支持企业的发展?文章运用企业管理的有关理论,研究和探讨了LT电力通信设备代理公司的企业战略。介绍了LT电力通信设备代理公司的基本情况,运用企业战略管理理论,PEST分析方法、波特五力分析模型以及SWOT分析法找出了企业发展的优势和劣势、机遇和挑战,并对LT公司的外部环境和内部资源能力进行了分析。结合本人在企业中的六年实际工作体验,深入的研究了企业的发展战略和具体的实施方案。本文的创新点在于研究中小型代理类企业,在面对市场的强烈变化时、在产品同质化严重的困难中,如何审时度势,利用企业管理的理论与企业自身条件和市场具体情况相结合的方法以制定和调整企业的发展战略,提高企业核心竞争力,击败竞争对手,渡尽劫波,在残酷的市场竞争中生存下来并不断发展壮大。
[Abstract]:LT Power Communication equipment Agency, founded in 2007, is an exclusive agent for ALX, a foreign producer of electric power communication equipment in North China. The materials were purchased centrally. The requirement of centralized purchasing for equipment supplier is not only hard qualification such as computer system integration qualification, but also hard scale requirement such as 50 million yuan registered capital. This, for a small and medium-sized agency, means the loss of bidding qualifications and competition opportunities. Beyond that, starting in 2012, for national security reasons, the state has started to phase out imported equipment for infrastructure construction, such as the electricity industry. In other words, LT electric power communication equipment agent ALX brand communication equipment is also included in the replacement ranks. Faced with such a severe market environment, LT Electric Power Communication equipment Agency Company timely adjusted its enterprise development strategy, so that the sales volume of the enterprises increased from the initial 5 million to 10 million, 50 million, 80 million or even more than 100 million yuan in the last three consecutive years. The reverse attack on sales was realized. Facing the increasingly severe market situation, how should LT electric power communication equipment agent company formulate new strategic plan to support the development of enterprises? Based on the theory of enterprise management, this paper studies and discusses the enterprise strategy of LT electric power communication equipment agent company. This paper introduces the basic situation of LT electric power communication equipment agency company, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of enterprise development by using the theory of enterprise strategic management and pest analysis method, Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis method. The external environment and internal resource capacity of LT Company are analyzed. Combined with my six years of practical work experience in the enterprise, in-depth study of the development strategy and specific implementation of the enterprise. The innovation of this paper lies in the study of medium and small-sized agency enterprises, how to judge the situation in the face of the intense changes in the market and in the serious difficulties of product homogenization. In order to formulate and adjust the development strategy of the enterprise, to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, to defeat the competitors, and to overcome the wave of disaster, the theory of enterprise management should be combined with the conditions of the enterprise itself and the specific conditions of the market to formulate and adjust the development strategy of the enterprise. In the cruel market competition to survive and continue to grow.
