浅谈工程项目管理企业的设计管理

【摘要】：工程设计是项目实施的龙头,它决定着工程的投资规模、功能质量和工期进度。设计的优劣是实现业主意图,顺利实施工程建设,体现完美建筑的成败因素。设计管理是体现工程项目管理企业项目管理水平的核心,设计管理内涵就是解决设计与施工环节的脱节。通过学习和实践,从工程项目管理企业的角度,浅谈工程项目的设计管理,供同行参考。
[Abstract]:Engineering design is the leading project implementation, which determines the investment scale, function quality and schedule. The merits and demerits of the design are to realize the owner's intention, to carry out the project construction smoothly and to reflect the success or failure of the perfect building. Design management is the core of project management in engineering project management enterprises. The connotation of design management is to solve the disconnection between design and construction. From the point of view of engineering project management enterprise, this paper discusses the design management of engineering project through study and practice.
