低品位废铝再生示范园区建设案例研究

【摘要】:本文就是基于资源综合利用、“城市矿山”的概念,通过本人在实际中作中负责的一个建设项目,详细研究低品位、难处理废杂铝被运用到规模化生产的可能性,并以此实际案例论述低品位、难处理废杂铝示范园区建设的重要意义与实际应用价值。一般情况下,铝含量小于30%的废铝被称为低品位废铝,而废铝中富含油漆、油污等附着物的或者存在形式为灰状或渣状的废铝制品较之其他废铝产品更难处理,被称为难处理废铝。这一类低品位、难处理废铝普遍存在处理过程复杂、不利环保、易烧损、资源利用率过低的特点。全世界铝的生产量和消费量仅次于钢铁,在有色金属中占据首位。2013年全世界铝产量4650万吨。当年中国原生铝产量2200万吨。中国铝人均消费约10千克左右,远低于世界人均消费铝55千克的水平[1]。随着科技的进步,再生铝生产已经在我国逐渐普及,众多类型的报废铝材,例如废合金门窗、废汽车轮毂、废汽车缸体缸盖等被很好的加以利用再生。进入新世纪,精细化生产的推行以及资源的日趋紧张,让我们将目光投向了低品位、难处理的废杂铝再生与利用上。本文首先对国内外低品位、难处理废杂铝的建设案例做以说明与分析,意图找到可以借鉴的经验并对其进行总结;之后再对本项目案例的发展基础、现实情况从政策、市场、对环境的重要意义等多方面进行阐述以分析其建设的可行性与可能性,最后再具体列举了项目的主要任务和具体实施方案,详细说明项目的建设过程,以发挥其示范作用,为加快我国再生有色金属行业发展、将之前以粗矿、污染著称的有色金属冶炼产业引导向精细化、集约化发展的道路上。最后对本文研究的不足作了说明。一是本文理论性还有所欠缺,本文更多依托了项目,更多阐述了项目的实际操作过程,对于理论研究稍显不足;二是本文涉及领域较为狭窄,更其他行业、其他项目的建设缺乏指导性。文末对该领域后续的研究提出了建议。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the concept of comprehensive utilization of resources and "urban mines", through a construction project I am responsible for in practice, the possibility that low-grade, refractory waste aluminum can be used in large-scale production is studied in detail. This paper also discusses the significance and practical application value of the construction of low grade and refractory waste aluminum demonstration park. In general, waste aluminum with less than 30% aluminum content is called low-grade waste aluminum, and waste aluminum products rich in paint, oil and other accessories, or in the form of ash or slag, are more difficult to dispose of than other waste aluminum products. It is called refractory waste aluminum. This kind of low-grade, refractory waste aluminum generally has the characteristics of complex treatment process, unfavorable environmental protection, easy burning and low resource utilization ratio. The world's aluminum production and consumption is second only to iron and steel, the largest among non-ferrous metals. In 2013, the world produced 46.5 million tons of aluminum. China produced 22 million tons of primary aluminium that year. The per capita consumption of aluminium in China is about 10 kg, which is far below the 55 kg level per capita in the world. With the development of science and technology, the production of recycled aluminum has been gradually popularized in our country. Many kinds of scrap aluminum materials, such as waste alloy doors and windows, waste car wheels, cylinder head and so on, are well utilized and regenerated. In the new century, the implementation of fine production and the increasingly tight resources, let us focus on the low grade, difficult to deal with the recycling and utilization of waste aluminum. Firstly, this paper explains and analyzes the construction cases of low grade, refractory waste aluminum at home and abroad, intends to find out the experience that can be used for reference and summarizes it. Then, the development basis of this project case, the actual situation from the policy, the market, The importance of environment is expounded in order to analyze the feasibility and possibility of its construction. In the end, the main tasks and implementation plans of the project are listed in detail, and the construction process of the project is described in detail in order to play its exemplary role. In order to speed up the development of regenerated non-ferrous metals industry in China, the non-ferrous metal smelting industry, which was famous for its crude ore and pollution, was guided to the road of fine and intensive development. Finally, the deficiency of this paper is explained. The first is that the theory of this paper is still lacking, this article more rely on the project, more elaborated on the actual operation of the project, the theoretical research is slightly inadequate; second, this paper involves a narrow field, more other industries, The construction of other projects lacks guidance. At the end of the paper, some suggestions for further study in this field are put forward.
