D市纯电动汽车市场项目的风险评价及控制研究

【摘要】:社会经济的发展促使汽车的应用越来越为广泛,在汽车带给人们便捷、舒适的现代生活的同时,不可避免的需担当破坏生态自然环境的责任。当能源、环保问题成为阻碍社会进步发展的重要因素之一,传统的汽车工业就必须面临转型与升级。因此,如何发展汽车产业,如何突出发展节能环保、可持续发展的汽车技术成了政府和各部门急需解决的问题,大力发展新能源汽车也是大势所趋,因此发展纯电动汽车即为解决问题的方案之一。但各类不确定的因素导致了纯电动汽车产业的风险性,对此,我们需加强对纯电动汽车产业的客观认识,进行必要的风险识别和风险评价。 本文以D市纯电动汽车市场推广项目风险控制研究为出发点,设计出一套合理的、有效的、科学的投资项目风险评价指标体系,在确定D市纯电动汽车市场推广项目风险指标的基础上,结合风险矩阵的方法来确定项目的风险影响程度、风险权重以及风险等级来对D市纯电动汽车市场推广项目的风险进行评价应用,由此可分析出项目所需关注的重点范围,为各投资提供部分决策的依据,进而使得D市纯电动汽车市场推广项目在实际运行中更具有方向性和针对性,同时促使纯电动汽车产业的健康良性发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the application of automobile is becoming more and more extensive. While the automobile brings people convenient and comfortable modern life, it is inevitable to take the responsibility of destroying the ecological natural environment. When energy and environmental protection problems become one of the important factors hindering the development of social progress, the traditional automobile industry must face the transformation and upgrading. Therefore, how to develop automobile industry, how to develop energy saving and environmental protection, and how to develop sustainable automobile technology have become a problem that the government and various departments urgently need to solve, and it is also the trend of the times to vigorously develop new energy vehicles. Therefore, the development of pure electric vehicles is one of the solutions to the problem. However, all kinds of uncertain factors lead to the risk of pure electric vehicle industry. Therefore, we need to strengthen the objective understanding of pure electric vehicle industry and carry out the necessary risk identification and risk evaluation. Based on the research on risk control of pure electric vehicle market extension project in D city, a set of reasonable, effective and scientific evaluation index system of investment project risk is designed in this paper. On the basis of determining the risk index of pure electric vehicle market extension project in D city, combining the method of risk matrix to determine the risk influence degree of the project, The risk weight and risk grade are used to evaluate and apply the risk of the pure electric vehicle market extension project in D city, which can analyze the focus range of the project, and provide some basis for each investment to make decision. So that D pure electric vehicle market extension project in the actual operation of more directional and targeted, while promoting the healthy development of the pure electric vehicle industry.
