【摘要】:本文主要通过对唐山曹妃甸二十二冶工程技术有限公司的发展现状、财务现状和内外部环境的分析,阐述了唐山曹妃甸二十二冶工程技术有限公司当前环境下的财务战略选择以及战略实施与评价的内容。 首先,通过对财务战略相关概念和理论的介绍,明确了财务战略的涵义、企业战略与财务战略的关系以及财务战略管理的程序。同时阐述了财务战略的分类,为财务战略的选择和实施提供参考。 其次,通过对唐山曹妃甸二十二冶工程技术有限公司的发展历程和企业资源的介绍,说明了企业的当前状况。同时对其2011-2013年财务报表进行了分析,提出了现阶段企业财务管理上呈现出的问题。 再次,本文以国际和国内宏观环境为基础从行业生命周期和行业竞争性的角度分析了唐山曹妃甸二十二冶工程技术有限公司当前的外部环境,并且从企业生命周期和企业竞争力的角度对其内部环境加以分析。研究中使用波特五力模型分析了行业竞争中建筑行业潜在新进入者的威胁、替代品的威胁、购买方的议价能力、供应商的议价能力以及行业内竞争者的竞争程度,揭示了建筑行业的竞争程度。以及使用SWOT分析阐述了唐山曹妃甸二十二冶工程技术有限公司自身的优势和劣势以及外部的机遇和威胁。通过对唐山曹妃甸二十二冶工程技术有限公司内外部环境的综合分析,为企业财务战略的选择提供依据。 最后,根据唐山曹妃甸二十二冶工程技术有限公司的财务战略选择,阐述了其财务战略实施和评价的程序与内容。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly through the Tangshan Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Development status, financial situation and internal and external environment analysis, This paper expounds the selection of financial strategy and the content of implementation and evaluation of the strategy under the current environment of Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd. Firstly, through the introduction of the related concepts and theories of financial strategy, the meaning of financial strategy, the relationship between enterprise strategy and financial strategy and the procedure of financial strategy management are clarified. At the same time, it expounds the classification of financial strategy, and provides reference for the selection and implementation of financial strategy. Secondly, by introducing the development course and enterprise resources of Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd, the present situation of the enterprise is explained. At the same time, the financial statements of 2011-2013 are analyzed, and the problems in enterprise financial management are put forward. Thirdly, based on the international and domestic macro environment, this paper analyzes the current external environment of Tangshan Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd from the angle of industry life cycle and industry competition. And from the perspective of enterprise life cycle and enterprise competitiveness to analyze its internal environment. In the study, the author analyzes the potential new entrants in the industry competition, the threat of the substitutes, the bargaining power of the buyers, the bargaining power of the suppliers and the competition degree of the competitors in the industry by using the Porter's five-force model. It reveals the degree of competition in the construction industry. Using SWOT analysis, this paper expounds the strengths and weaknesses of Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd, and the external opportunities and threats. Through the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd, this paper provides the basis for the choice of the financial strategy of the enterprise. Finally, according to the choice of financial strategy of Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd, this paper expounds the procedure and content of its financial strategy implementation and evaluation.
