基于系统动力学的胜利油田竞争力研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化趋势的不断深入和我国对外开放程度的不断加大,国内越来越多行业和企业都开始面临国内市场国际化和国际竞争本土化的双面挑战,竞争形势也越发严峻。对于与生俱来就具有国际化特征的石油行业而言,其面临的竞争环境将更为严峻。油田企业作为上游勘探开发企业,为保障国家的能源安全和经济发展担负着更重的责任。我国油田企业要在激烈的竞争中立足,就必须建立起自己的竞争优势。胜利油田作为我国第二大油田,身负重任,但是经过半个多世纪的勘探开发,油田目前已进入中后期阶段,面临着勘探难度大、开发“三高”的不利局面,这在一定程度上影响了油田的综合竞争实力,因此研究如何提升胜利油田竞争力显得十分重要。首先通过总结和分析企业竞争力相关文献对影响企业竞争力的因素进行分类,再结合油田企业的特点,分析出了油田企业竞争力的三大影响因素:资源、能力和环境因素。在此基础上,围绕原油的勘探开发过程,从系统、动态的角度,详细分析了胜利油田竞争力的形成机理,其中将胜利油田竞争力系统分为企业显示竞争力和企业潜在竞争力两个子系统。建模完成后,运用Vensim软件对模型进行了灵敏度分析和初始状态仿真预测,发现了企业显示竞争力和企业潜在竞争力的内在关系,并找出了影响胜利油田竞争力的几个重要因素,即原油产量、原油价格、总投资和RD投入。最后结合建模分析的结果,有针对性地提出了提升胜利油田竞争力的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the trend of economic globalization and the increasing degree of opening to the outside world, more and more domestic industries and enterprises are facing the double challenges of internationalization of domestic market and localization of international competition, and the competition situation is becoming more and more severe. For the oil industry, which is born with international characteristics, the competition environment will be more severe. As upstream exploration and development enterprises, oil field enterprises shoulder more responsibility for ensuring national energy security and economic development. Oil field enterprises in our country must establish their own competitive advantage if they want to base themselves on the fierce competition. As the second largest oil field in China, Shengli Oilfield is the second largest oilfield in China. However, after more than half a century of exploration and development, the oil field has entered the middle and late stage, and it is faced with the unfavorable situation of the exploration difficulty and the development of the "three High". So it is very important to study how to improve the competitiveness of Shengli Oilfield. Firstly, by summarizing and analyzing the relevant literature on the competitiveness of enterprises, the factors influencing the competitiveness of enterprises are classified, and then the factors affecting the competitiveness of oil field enterprises are analyzed according to the characteristics of oil field enterprises: resource, capability and environment. On this basis, the formation mechanism of Shengli Oilfield competitiveness is analyzed in detail from the point of view of system and dynamics around the exploration and development process of crude oil. Among them, Shengli Oilfield Competitiveness system is divided into two subsystems: enterprise display Competitiveness and Enterprise latent Competitiveness. After modeling, the sensitivity analysis and initial state simulation of the model are carried out by using Vensim software. The inherent relationship between the enterprise's display competitiveness and the enterprise's potential competitiveness is found, and several important factors affecting the competitiveness of Shengli Oilfield are found out. That is, crude oil production, crude oil prices, total investment and R D inputs. Finally, combined with the results of modeling and analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Shengli Oilfield are put forward.
