【摘要】:伴随着企业的发展以及变幻莫测的市场需求,大多数企业越来越重视怎样在流水生产线的模式下提高生产线的整体效率以及追求生产线的同步化生产,企业在生产中评价一条流水生产线平衡性的优劣时常常选择平衡率这一量化指标。 论文通过对装配生产线平衡的研究,对中板镭射流水生产线的问题进行了分析和解决。在本论文中,首先概述了生产线平衡的评价方式及基本概念并定义了改善生产线平衡的方式。本文通过对中板镭射制程的现状分析找出了焊接、装夹、拆夹工作站等存在的问题。然后,运用五五法,TRIZ冲突问题解决矛盾矩阵的分析方法,头脑风暴法,层次分析法,,人机联合分析法对问题进行分析与改善。一次改善后使产能满足了客户需求,但是人力成本增加了,所以需要对一次改善后的制程进行二次改善。接着,运用WBS对镭射制程进行了作业拆分,运用价值系数法对装拆夹各工作单元进行评估,运用ECRS法对4个工作单元进行了分析,并且针对ECRS的分析,设计出了一种气缸式治具。最后对layout进行了重置,并且通过线平衡进行验证,结果表明改善方案达到了目标。 本文通过对中板镭射生产线平衡的改善,人力成本降低了33.3%,人均每小时产能UPPH提高了160.9%,生产线的平衡率提高了12.1%,预计年节约总成本为1427万人民币。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprises and the unpredictable market demand, most enterprises pay more and more attention to how to improve the overall efficiency of production line and pursue the synchronous production line under the mode of production line. When enterprises evaluate the balance of a production line, they often choose the quantitative index of balance rate. Through the research on the balance of assembly line, the problem of medium plate laser production line is analyzed and solved. In this paper, the evaluation method and basic concept of production line balance are summarized, and the ways to improve production line balance are defined. By analyzing the status quo of medium plate laser process, the problems of welding, clamping and disassembling workstation are found out in this paper. Then, the problem is analyzed and improved by the analysis method of solving the conflict matrix of Triz, the brainstorming method, the analytic hierarchy process and the man-machine joint analysis method. Once improved to meet customer demand for capacity, but increased labor costs, so the need for a second improvement in the process after the first improvement. Then, WBS is used to split the laser process, the value coefficient method is used to evaluate the work units, the ECRS method is used to analyze the four working units, and the ECRS method is used to analyze the ECRS. A cylinder type fixture is designed. Finally, the layout is reset and verified by line balance. The results show that the improved scheme achieves the goal. Through the improvement of the balance of medium plate laser production line, the labor cost has been reduced by 33. 3 percent, the per capita production capacity of UPPH has been increased by 160.9, the balance rate of the production line has increased by 12. 1, and the total cost saved per year is estimated to be 14.27 million RMB.
