云制造模式下制造资源的动态优化配置研究

【摘要】:在国际化的竞争环境中,越来越多的企业倾向于撬动外部可利用的资源,充分配置可调用的资源,这样才能迎合市场多变的需求,从而在竞争中取胜。物联网技术及云计算技术为制造模式的革新奠定了技术基础。在此背景下,“云制造”模式应运而生,企业可以通过云制造服务平台进行制造资源及能力的交易及共享,其资源配置问题便成为了新的研究重点。因此,本文就云制造模式下企业制造资源的动态优化配置问题展开了研究。首先,分析了云制造模式下企业资源的动态优化配置问题。在云制造模式下,企业拥有的众多剩余资源被整合成为一体,构成了一个整体对外的服务中心,但由于资源的产权关系,云制造服务平台对资源配置的结果可能与单个资源所有者的决策矛盾。为弱化这种影响,云制造资源配置就需要从云制造服务平台的角度出发,以整个云制造服务系统的总利润为决策依据。由于云制造服务平台上企业间的竞合关系以及网络外部性的存在,各企业为保证自身收益最大化,也会服从云制造服务平台的集中管理。其次,建立了基于Pareto最优的剩余资源动态优化配置模型。该模型中云制造资源需求方及云制造资源提供方的制造资源及能力总量的变化率是由制造资源及能力总量的自然衰减、制造资源及能力总量的自增长及云制造模式下资源交易带来的增长共同决定的。此模型的目标是满足整个云平台系统中所有企业的利润最大,它的控制变量为各个云提供方提供给需求方的资源占比。采用极大值原理求解该模型,最终得到了云平台上各企业资源优化配置的Pareto最优战略。最后,对模型进行仿真分析,探究了此模型的管理意义。通过设计算例,验证了本文建立的模型的可行性,并挖掘出供需双方交易的资源总量与其成本系数、收益转化系数间的关系,为云平台运营者及各参与企业提出现实的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In the international competitive environment, more and more enterprises tend to leverage the external available resources and fully allocate the transferable resources, so as to meet the changing needs of the market and win in the competition. Internet of things technology and cloud computing technology for the innovation of manufacturing model laid the technical foundation. Under this background, the "cloud manufacturing" model emerges as the times require, enterprises can trade and share manufacturing resources and capabilities through the cloud manufacturing service platform, so the problem of resource allocation has become a new research focus. Therefore, the dynamic optimal allocation of manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing mode is studied in this paper. Firstly, the dynamic optimal allocation of enterprise resources in cloud manufacturing mode is analyzed. In the cloud manufacturing model, many remaining resources owned by enterprises are integrated into one, forming a whole external service center, but due to the property rights of the resources, The result of resource allocation in cloud manufacturing service platform may contradict the decision of individual resource owner. In order to weaken this effect, the allocation of cloud manufacturing resources should be based on the total profit of the whole cloud manufacturing service system from the point of view of cloud manufacturing service platform. Because of the competition and cooperation among enterprises and the existence of network externalities on cloud manufacturing service platform, in order to ensure the maximum of their own income, enterprises will also serve the centralized management of cloud manufacturing service platform. Secondly, the dynamic optimal allocation model of residual resources based on Pareto optimization is established. In this model, the change rate of the total manufacturing resources and capacity of the cloud manufacturing resources and the cloud manufacturing resource providers is the natural attenuation of the total manufacturing resources and capabilities. The self-growth of total manufacturing resources and capacity and the growth caused by resource trading in cloud manufacturing mode are jointly determined. The goal of this model is to satisfy the maximum profit of all enterprises in the whole cloud platform system, and its control variable is the proportion of resources provided to the demand side by each cloud provider. The maximum principle is used to solve the model, and the Pareto optimal strategy for the optimal allocation of enterprise resources on the cloud platform is finally obtained. Finally, the model is simulated and analyzed, and the management significance of the model is explored. The feasibility of the model is verified by a design example, and the relationship between the total amount of resources traded between supply and demand, their cost coefficient and income conversion coefficient is found out. For the cloud platform operators and participating enterprises to put forward the practical significance of guidance.
