南华电机生产的工序质量控制研究

【摘要】:随着现代制造技术的发展,客户对产品质量要求越来越高。欧美和日本等发达国家对工序质量控制的研究已经进入比较成熟的阶段,通过调节和控制生产过程因素(5M1E)的方法来控制产品质量。在此基础上,许多发达国家已经把产品质量零缺陷当作工序质量控制所追求的根本目标,并且提出了许多行之有效的工序质量控制方法。与发达国家工序质量控制水平相比,我国的工序质量控制水平相对较低,仍然停留在仅限对产品的质量检验阶段,以事后检验为主,没有对产品的质量缺陷问题有效的处理措施,导致生产的产品质量低劣、废次品率居高不下等问题。产品质量低劣削弱了我国产品在国际市场上的竞争力。 本课题以南华电机的加工工艺流程为研究对象,以工序质量控制理论为依据,从工序质量控制的角度来实现对南华电机质量的控制。本课题主要研究内容包括: (1)通过对南华Y系列三相异步电机质量现状的分析,结合电机加工工艺流程,运用QFD相关知识确定电机生产的关键工序;运用SPC控制图对关键工序进行工序质量控制分析。 (2)结合BP神经网络相关知识,对SPC控制图中的六种基本模式进行模式识别,找出控制图中异常发生的原因及相应的参数改变,成功弥补了SPC控制图无法识别出具体的异常模式以及异常模式产生的原因的缺点。 (3)通过对南华电机生产过程中工序间影响关系的分析,,运用两种质量诊断理论对工序中的两种质量进行区分、诊断,进而找出电机质量问题的症结所在;结合两种过程能力指数对工序的加工质量状况进行判断。 本文所采用的有关工序质量控制方面的技术方法和研究思路,虽然针对电机行业,但对我国其它机械制造业的质量控制具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern manufacturing technology, customers are demanding more and more high quality products. The research on process quality control in developed countries, such as Europe, America and Japan, has entered a mature stage. The product quality is controlled by adjusting and controlling the production process factors (5M1E). On this basis, many developed countries have regarded zero defect of product quality as the basic goal of process quality control, and put forward many effective process quality control methods. Compared with the level of process quality control in developed countries, the level of process quality control in our country is relatively low. There are no effective measures to deal with the quality defects of the products, which leads to the poor quality of the products and the high rate of defective products. The inferior quality of our products has weakened the competitiveness of our products in the international market. Based on the theory of process quality control, the process quality control of South China motor is realized from the point of view of process quality control. The main research contents are as follows: (1) through the analysis of the quality of Nanhua Y series three-phase asynchronous motor, combined with the process of motor processing, the key processes of motor production are determined by using the relevant knowledge of QFD; The SPC control chart is used to analyze the process quality control of the key processes. (2) combined with the knowledge of BP neural network, the six basic patterns in the SPC control chart are recognized. Find out the causes of the anomalies in the control chart and the corresponding parameter changes, The SPC control chart can not identify the specific abnormal patterns and the reasons for the abnormal patterns. (3) through the analysis of the influence relationship between the processes in the process of South China motor production, The two kinds of quality diagnosis theory are used to distinguish and diagnose the two kinds of quality in the working procedure, and then the crux of the quality problem of the motor is found, and the processing quality condition of the working procedure is judged by combining the two kinds of process capability index. The technical methods and research ideas of the process quality control adopted in this paper are aimed at the motor industry, but they have certain reference value and significance for the quality control of other machinery manufacturing industries in our country.
