Y公司人力资源战略规划研究

【摘要】:在我国加入WTO后,中国企业,特别是民营企业,需要面对国内和国际人才市场的激烈竞争,人力资源对企业、组织机构和国家而言都是竞争和发展的重要资源。尤其是随着上海自贸区的建立,许多企业意识到人力资源对提升企业竞争力的作用越来越明显,,也发现人力资源管理越来越重要。但是仍然有很多企业在实际的经营管理活动中没有将人力资源管理作为企业整体发展战略的一部分,导致企业缺乏组织战略基础上的人力资源战略规划。因此,制定人力资源战略规划,实行人力资源战略管理,是企业和组织在复杂多变的内外环境中增强竞争力的重要途径。 本文在论述了国内外人力资源管理相关研究的基础上,将Y公司作为研究对象,分析了Y公司人力资源战略规划的现状及存在的问题,并对Y公司的人力资源战略规划进行了深入的分析,设计出一套比较全面的人力资源战略规划方案。该方案将Y公司的企业战略目标转化为人力资源战略优势,同时简要阐述了包括人才招聘规划、薪酬福利规划、组织文化规划等在内的几项重点规划。最后,提出针对人力资源战略规划设计的实施步骤和保障措施。 在各个地区人力资源竞争日益激烈的今天,本文着眼于Y公司的发展目标与前进方向,根据企业所处的市场环境及国内社会经济环境,为Y公司设计一套比较全面的人力资源战略规划,使之能指导Y公司人力资源管理和人力资源发展工作,提高Y公司在激烈的市场竞争中的竞争优势,促进公司稳定持久的发展。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, Chinese enterprises, especially private enterprises, need to face the fierce competition in the domestic and international talent market. Human resources are important resources for competition and development for enterprises, organizations and countries. Especially with the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, many enterprises realize that the role of human resources to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is becoming more and more obvious, and also find that human resource management is more and more important. But there are still many enterprises in the actual operation and management activities did not take human resources management as part of the overall development strategy of the enterprise, resulting in a lack of strategic planning of human resources on the basis of organizational strategy. Therefore, it is an important way for enterprises and organizations to strengthen their competitiveness in the complex and changeable internal and external environment by making strategic planning of human resources and implementing strategic management of human resources. On the basis of discussing the related research of human resource management at home and abroad, this paper takes Y Company as the research object, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Y Company's human resources strategic planning. And the human resources strategic planning of Y company is analyzed deeply, and a set of comprehensive human resources strategic planning scheme is designed. This project transforms the strategic goal of Y Company into the strategic advantage of human resources, and briefly expounds several key plans, including talent recruitment planning, salary and welfare planning, organizational culture planning, etc. Finally, the implementation steps and safeguard measures for human resources strategic planning and design are put forward. In today's increasingly fierce competition for human resources in various regions, this paper focuses on the development objectives and forward direction of Y Company, according to the market environment and the domestic social and economic environment of the enterprise. To design a set of comprehensive human resource strategic planning for Y Company, which can guide Y Company's human resource management and human resource development, and enhance Y Company's competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Promote the steady and lasting development of the company.
