[Abstract]:Human resource is the most precious wealth of the enterprise, and it is the important dependence of the enterprise to build the competitive advantage. In the era of knowledge economy, the success or failure of the competition among enterprises depends to a great extent on the human resource as the business element of the enterprise. Only if an enterprise has sufficient human resources and can take effective measures to stimulate the working potential of its employees can it help to build its core competitive advantage. As one of the important tools and modules of human resource management, performance appraisal is of great significance, which plays an important role in promoting the level of human resources management and giving full play to the role of human resources. At present, performance appraisal has been widely used in the field of enterprise management, many enterprises in the field of performance appraisal a lot of practical exploration, has promoted the overall level of corporate performance appraisal. The gold decade of coal industry development has caused the coal industry capacity to expand sharply and the imbalance between supply and demand has been increasing. In the past two years the coal market has plummeted and China's coal enterprises have generally encountered difficulties in development. Under this background, it is an inevitable choice for coal enterprises to improve their efficiency by means of performance appraisal. Although the coal enterprises of our country have carried on a lot of exploration in the performance appraisal aspect these years, and have made some achievements, but the performance appraisal level is still on the low side as a whole, far from meeting the needs of the development of the enterprise. It not only brings adverse impact to the healthy development of enterprises, but also affects the cognition of coal enterprise managers on performance appraisal. In view of the many problems in the performance appraisal process system of coal enterprises, how to take effective measures to optimize the performance appraisal process system has become an important topic that coal enterprise managers can not avoid. Therefore, it is necessary to study the subject of performance appraisal, hoping to make a beneficial exploration for the improvement of the performance appraisal level of coal enterprises through this research. This article chooses Shanxi orchid group research object, synthetically uses the investigation research, the literature research, the comparison research and so on, unifies the performance appraisal domain correlation theory, takes this group performance appraisal process optimization design as the writing main line, Based on the current situation and problems of the performance appraisal of the enterprise, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the enterprise performance appraisal problem, and puts forward the optimization strategy of the enterprise performance appraisal on this basis.
