SC公司人力资源战略规划研究

【摘要】:伴随着全球化进程的加快和中国对外开放程度的加大,国内企业在走向世界的同时,也面对很多的竞争和挑战。人力资源所扮演的角色更为明显,企业人力资源管理获得竞争优势的迫切性逐渐显露出来,中国企业已经开始进入重视人的价值的时代。 然而,在中国大多数的企业中,尽管已经认识到人力资源的重要作用,但还没有把对人力资源的管理上升到战略高度,缺乏企业长远规划和人力资源可持续发展的规划。正因如此,企业的物力资源和组织资源,往往因为缺乏人力资源的有效管理,而无法得到合理的配置和使用。制定一套基于企业现实和未来发展需要的、科学合理的、可操作性强的人力资源战略规划方案是实现企业战略目标的重要前提和关键因素。 本文以SC公司为研究对象,以SC公司的人力资源战略规划为研究内容,依据人力资源战略规划有关理论和方法,在SC公司的企业战略框架下,分析企业内部人力资源的现状,预测企业未来发展对人力资源的需求,制定出sC公司的人力资源战略规划,明确公司人力资源发展的战略方向,从而进一步找出人力资源现状与公司整体发展战略要求之间的差距,制定出一套基于企业战略的人力资源战略规划方案,并依据人力资源的相关管理措施保证实施。 通过本文的研究,进一步促进SC公司认识到人力资源战略规划对企业未来发展的重要性,密切结合企业战略,对人力资源战略规划进行制定和实施,进而为具体的人力资源管理实践提供有力的依据,帮助SC公司这样传统的大型国有企业拥有更为强大的活力,进而参与市场竞争。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of globalization and the increase of China's opening to the outside world, domestic enterprises are facing a lot of competition and challenges. The role of human resources is more obvious, the urgency of enterprise human resource management to gain competitive advantage is gradually revealed, Chinese enterprises have begun to pay attention to the value of people era. However, in most enterprises in China, although the important role of human resources has been recognized, the management of human resources has not been raised to a strategic height, lacking of long-term planning and sustainable development of human resources. Because of this, the material resources and organizational resources of enterprises are often unable to be allocated and used reasonably because of the lack of effective management of human resources. It is an important prerequisite and key factor to realize the strategic goal of enterprise to formulate a set of scientific and reasonable human resource strategic planning scheme which is based on the reality and future development of the enterprise. This paper takes SC company as the research object, takes SC company's human resources strategic planning as the research content, according to the human resources strategic planning related theory and method, under the SC company's enterprise strategy frame, analyzes the enterprise internal human resources present situation. Forecast the future development of the enterprise to the human resource demand, formulate the strategic plan of the company's human resources, clear the strategic direction of the company's human resources development, So we can find out the gap between the current situation of human resources and the requirements of the overall development strategy of the company, formulate a set of human resources strategic planning scheme based on the enterprise strategy, and ensure the implementation according to the relevant management measures of human resources. Through the research of this paper, SC Company further promotes SC to realize the importance of human resources strategic planning for the future development of enterprises, and closely combines the enterprise strategy to formulate and implement the human resources strategic planning. Then it can provide a powerful basis for the concrete practice of human resource management and help the traditional large state-owned enterprises such as SC to have stronger vitality and participate in the market competition.
