九天公司ERP人力资源管理系统设计与应用研究

【摘要】:九天公司作为大庆昆仑集团重点发展的高新企业,随着同行业高新企业不断涌入,,以及全球经济的信息化、网络化、知识化水平不断提升,管理核心开始从原始的成本控制、市场开拓逐步向人才管理、人才价值开发与利用等精细化管理转变,人力资源管理成为核心变革领域之一。 本文作者于2005年进入大庆昆仑集团,一直从事人力资源信息化管理工作。担任集团下辖九天公司ERP人力资源管理系统实施工作的项目经理,全程参与该系统的设计与实施过程。通过项目的亲身经历,结合自己读研时期所学的知识,对系统设计与实施过程进行了分析和总结,希望能够将九天公司ERP人力资源管理系统实施的设计与实施的研究成果应用于实际,为实施同类系统的其他同行业企业提供一点参考。 本文以九天公司人力资源管理系统为研究对象,从实施九天公司ERP人力资源管理系统的需求分析,系统设计与实施过程,到实施后的效果分析为逻辑架构,进行详尽分析。首先,对九天公司的人力资源管理工作现状及问题进行调查分析,发现目前人力资源管理包括九个业务,问题主要在于人事信息化管理水平不高,当前的人事管理系统无法满足人力资源管理实际需要。其次,针对人力资源问题,设计九天公司ERP人力资源管理系统八个功能模块,制定包括总体部署,流程改造,数据采集和用户培训在内的系统实施方案。最后,通过工作观察法和访谈法,从业务整合、业务监管、数据统计三个方面,对ERP人力资源管理系统实施前后的管理效果分析梳理。运用关键因素分析法,分析九天公司ERP人力资源管理系统成功实施的关键因素,给予同行业企业相应的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Jiutian Company, as the key high-tech enterprise of Daqing Kunlun Group, with the constant influx of high-tech enterprises in the same industry, and the informationization, networking, and knowledge level of the global economy, the management core begins from the original cost control. Market development has gradually changed to talent management, talent value development and utilization, and human resource management has become one of the core areas of change. In 2005, the author entered Daqing Kunlun Group, has been engaged in human resources information management. As the project manager of the ERP Human Resource Management system for nine days, participate in the design and implementation of the system. Through the personal experience of the project, combined with the knowledge learned during the post-graduate study period, the system design and implementation process were analyzed and summarized. It is hoped that the research results of the design and implementation of the ERP human resource management system of Nine days Company can be applied to practice and provide some reference for other enterprises in the same industry that implement the same system. This paper takes the nine-day company human resource management system as the research object, from the requirement analysis, the system design and the implementation process, and the effect analysis after the implementation as the logical structure, carries on the detailed analysis. First of all, through the investigation and analysis of the current situation and problems of human resource management in Jiutian Company, it is found that the current human resources management includes nine businesses, the main problem is that the level of personnel information management is not high. The current personnel management system can not meet the actual needs of human resources management. Secondly, aiming at the human resource problem, the paper designs eight function modules of ERP human resource management system of nine-day company, and formulates the system implementation plan including overall deployment, process transformation, data acquisition and user training. Finally, through the work observation method and the interview method, from the business integration, the business supervision, the data statistics three aspects, analyzes the ERP human resources management system before and after the implementation management effect analysis. This paper analyzes the key factors of the successful implementation of the ERP human resource management system in Jiutian Company by using the method of key factors, and gives the corresponding reference value to the enterprises of the same industry.
