S公司核心人才股权激励机制研究
[Abstract]:The enterprise is the main actor of the social and economic development function, and the core talents of the enterprise are the main bearers to realize the function of this role. They occupy the very core position of the whole enterprise inside the enterprise. And play a pivotal role. Looking at the present situation of enterprise development in our country, the lack of long-term incentive for core talents has brought serious influence on the molding of core competence of enterprises and the rational allocation and development of internal human resources. Therefore, in order to give full play to the subjective initiative and creativity of the core talents and make them become the driving force of the sustainable development of enterprises, modern enterprises have explored a long-term incentive mechanism. Practice has proved that equity incentive can effectively unify core talents and enterprise objectives, and has a very positive practical significance for long-term incentive of core talents. S company is a high-tech enterprise focused on aviation virtual simulation technology, which was founded in 2005. Includes three main services: flight simulation simulator product development and manufacturing, aviation engineering outsourcing and UAV system development and design. The company is a knowledge-intensive and capital-intensive enterprise, engaged in a large interdisciplinary business platform, the human resources market provides a scarcity of professionals, talent training costs, Therefore, the stability of human resources and the incentive of core talents are very important for the sustainable development of the company. This paper focuses on two key points: "High-tech enterprise" and "core talent incentive", taking "S Company core talent equity incentive mechanism" as the main research content. Firstly, based on the theoretical research of equity incentive at home and abroad, the paper is inspired to return to the core talent incentive subject of high-tech enterprises, through refining the characteristics of the core talents of high-tech enterprises, summed up their leading needs. Then on the basis of this, through the background analysis and questionnaire survey of S Company, the paper combs out the current situation and problems of S Company's core talent incentive. The paper combines theory with practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, at the same time, it uses the analysis method of investigation, statistics and chart on the basis of detailed analysis and comparison. Put forward S company core talent equity incentive scheme design and supporting measures. Through the exploration of how to establish the equity incentive mechanism of the core talents in S Company, this paper hopes to establish a long-term incentive mechanism for S Company through this theoretical and practical study, in order to ensure the long-term nature of the incentive role. For S company's core talent stability to provide professional security.
