基于排队论的工程建设现场监理人员配备量化研究

【摘要】:工程建设监理是一项高智能的有偿技术服务,监理工作中最主要的投入是人,现场专业监理人员配置是否合理决定着项目现场监理工作的服务水平。在目前监理工作充分强调现场安全和质量控制的环境下,必须要明确监理人员的合理量化,这是保证高效高质完成监理工作的前提,对促进监理行业的健康发展十分重要。 论文首先分析我国监理行业的发展状况,,结合发达国家咨询业的发展现状,明确了我国建设工程监理行业存在着监理人员配备不足,且人员配备数量多依赖于监理工程师经验的问题。 然后,通过排队论相关理论的介绍,阐述了其在建设工程领域的应用,结合两者的契合点对理论分析进行总结,明确了该具体问题的输入过程、排队规则和服务机构三个基本组成,证明了报验项目等待监理人员提供服务这一工程实际是符合M/M/C的排队模型,为接下来的研究工作打下基础。 论文接着对工程报验制度进行介绍,并对监理工作标准化尤其是人员配备标准化的重要性进行探讨,结合排队论模型和施工现场搜集数据的分析,并考虑工程调整系数给出监理人数的量化方法。 最后,将建设工程施工现场监理人员量化模型运用到具体工程,结合实证分析,验证了该模型的适用性,并充分说明了我国监理行业的问题所在。
[Abstract]:Engineering construction supervision is a highly intelligent paid technical service, and the most important input in supervision work is human. Whether the disposition of professional supervision personnel on the spot determines the service level of project site supervision work. At present, the supervision work fully emphasizes the on-site safety and quality control environment, it is necessary to make clear the reasonable quantification of the supervisors, which is the premise to ensure the high efficiency and high quality of the supervision work, and it is very important to promote the healthy development of the supervision industry. First of all, the paper analyzes the development of supervision industry in China, combined with the status quo of consulting industry in developed countries, and makes clear that there are insufficient supervisors in the construction engineering supervision industry of our country. And the number of personnel depends on the experience of the supervisory engineer. Then, through the introduction of queuing theory, the application of queue theory in construction engineering is expounded, the theoretical analysis is summarized, and the input process of the specific problem is clarified. The queuing rules and three basic components of service organization prove that the project of submitting inspection project waiting for supervisor to provide service is actually in line with the queuing model of M/M/C, which lays the foundation for the following research work. The paper then introduces the system of engineering inspection, discusses the importance of standardization of supervision, especially the standardization of staffing, and analyzes the data collected from the queuing theory model and the construction site. The quantitative method of the number of supervisors is given considering the adjustment coefficient of the project. Finally, the quantitative model of construction site supervisor is applied to the concrete project, and the applicability of the model is verified by empirical analysis, and the problems of supervision industry in our country are fully explained.
