[Abstract]:After the international financial crisis broke out in 2008, China still maintained a steady and rapid economic development. As the main body of China's economic development, state-owned enterprises play an important role. The predecessor of Company A is the reorganization, reorganization and decoupling of the quartermaster units under the jurisdiction of the General Logistics support Department of the Chinese people's Liberation Army. The company was established in June 2009, is approved by the SASAC central enterprises, headquartered in Beijing. After the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, on August 16, 2010, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. A company subordinate to 30 second-level enterprises, three third-level enterprises and three shares in third-level enterprises. Headquartered in Beijing, the company has more than 40 second-and third-level subsidiaries in 21 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, with assets exceeding 10 billion (2011). Company A is not only the clothing of the PLA and the armed police. The main production base for shoes and hats is still the main supplier of professional clothing to the government, enterprises and institutions. Besides supplying the Chinese military, armed police forces and other government functional departments, The company also exported its products to more than 40 countries and regions. In 2013, company A ranked 484th among the top 500 companies in the world, with an annual output value of more than 30 billion yuan. A company has five business divisions, namely, the Professional clothing Division, the Textile Printing and dyeing Division, Leather shoes Division, Professional shoes and Boots Division, Protective equipment Division. During the 30 years of reform and opening up to the outside world, the national economy has undergone earth-shaking changes. In the early planned economic system, Company A was dominated by the logistic support provided by the Chinese army and armed police forces. After 1990, Company A and its subordinates were secondary. Third level companies actively seek customer resources in other industries, actively develop the international military market, and the industrial structure changes from a single planned procurement to a combination of military and civilian under the market mechanism. After the outbreak of the world financial crisis in 2008, Affected by external factors such as the depression of the international economic situation and the appreciation of the RMB, coupled with the substantial increase in the value of domestic labour productivity, the number of employees has been greatly reduced under the adverse conditions. Processing industry structure is faced with a new round of readjustment. A company mainly takes the labor intensive mode of production as the main factor. The shortage of labor force, the old equipment, the backward technology, the imperfect system and so on bring great challenges to the new development of the company. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic development and the method of SWOT strategy research, this paper selects the clothing Division of Company A as the main research object, compares the development models of related industries and advanced enterprises at home and abroad, and from how to streamline the scale, Improve the competitiveness of the industry, improve the level of profitability and other aspects of the analysis of the results, put forward recommendations.
