内蒙古伊泰煤炭股份有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:煤炭行业一直都是我国的基础产业,它不但是国民经济快速发展的基础,也是社会进步的基础,,同时还与很多行业密切相关,如煤炭-石油和电、煤炭-交通-港口-航空事业、煤炭-电-化学等产业链。早在20多年以前,西方很多发达国家就形成了自己的煤炭产业链,像中国这样的大国,又处于社会主义初级阶段,煤炭行业作为其他行业的基础,显得尤为重要,内蒙古的煤炭资源较为富足,其资源产量位于全国之首,但是它的开采效果不是很理想。经济发展的低迷及国际贸易局势发生波动,我国出口受限,在这样大的双重压力下,煤炭的价格走势下降,库存堆积,产销失衡,行业利润出现明显下降,暗淡和机遇并存,在这重要的经济转折点,调整产业结构,努力向节能、环保、高效的煤炭行业发展是必要选择。晋陕蒙宁作为我国煤炭生产集聚地,占全国煤炭生产量的67%,但消费市场多半位于东南地区,交通运输成为了瓶颈之一,传统税收政策带来了一些固定成本,诸多事项的存在使煤炭行业的战略定位迫在眉睫。经济的再次突飞猛进的发展,给西方国家的煤炭行业带来了很大的转折,行业的结构再次发生调整以及产业链发生整合,与之对应的是国内的煤炭行业也发生了改变,因此整个行业进入了全面的整顿阶段。这给煤炭企业带来了很大的机会也带来了很大的挑战,企业的董事应该好好考虑一下如何进行下一步的经营,创造更好的价值。 本论文是以现今国内的一些煤炭的发展情况以及国家对该行业的政策作为基础,以内蒙古的伊泰煤炭股份有限公司为例来说明新时期煤炭行业的目标。这个公司是国家的前百强的企业,主要以煤炭的采集和生产为主要经营项目,其中国铁路的运输和制油也是其中的生产经营项目之一。目前伊泰煤炭生产经营,在伊泰占90%以上的比重,是伊泰的重中之重。新时期的挑战促使伊泰开始要提前做好产业链整合、多元化发展准备,以便在新经济的环境里保持有持久的核心竞争力。煤炭产业面临新一轮发展模式更替,鉴于其在国家经济和国际社会发展的意义,其发展战略成为了一个经济热题,内蒙古伊泰站在这样经济背景下,综合分析了企业成长的优劣,赢得企业成长再一次突破。
[Abstract]:The coal industry has always been the basic industry of our country. It is not only the basis for the rapid development of the national economy, but also the basis for social progress. At the same time, it is closely related to many industries, such as coal, oil and electricity. Coal-transportation-port-aviation, coal-electricity-chemical and other industrial chains. As early as more than 20 years ago, many developed countries in the West formed their own coal industry chain. A big country like China is also in the primary stage of socialism. As the foundation of other industries, the coal industry is particularly important. Inner Mongolia has abundant coal resources and its output is the highest in China, but its mining effect is not very good. The economic development is in the doldrums and the international trade situation is fluctuating, our country's export is restricted, under such big double pressure, the coal price trend drops, the inventory accumulates, the production and marketing unbalance, the industry profit appears the obvious decline, dim and the opportunity coexists. At this important economic turning point, it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure and make great efforts to develop the coal industry with energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency. As a coal production gathering place in our country, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Mengning, accounts for 67% of the national coal production, but most of the consumer market is located in the southeast. Transportation has become one of the bottlenecks, and traditional tax policies have brought some fixed costs. The existence of many matters makes the strategic orientation of the coal industry imminent. With the rapid development of the economy, the coal industry in western countries has undergone a great turning point. The structure of the industry has been readjusted again and the industrial chain has been integrated. Correspondingly, the domestic coal industry has also undergone changes. As a result, the whole industry has entered a comprehensive stage of consolidation. This brings great opportunities and challenges to coal companies. The directors of coal companies should think about how to carry out the next step to create better value. This paper is based on the development of some domestic coal and the national policy on the industry, taking the Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia as an example to illustrate the objectives of the coal industry in the new era. The company is one of the top 100 companies in the country, mainly engaged in coal collection and production, and the transportation and oil production of Chinese railways is also one of the production and management projects. At present, the production and operation of Itay coal, accounting for more than 90% of the proportion of Yitai, is the top priority of Yitai. The challenge of the new era urges Yitai to start to prepare for the integration of industrial chain and the diversified development in advance so as to maintain a lasting core competitiveness in the new economic environment. The coal industry is facing a new round of development model replacement. In view of the significance of its development in the national economy and the international community, its development strategy has become an economic hot topic. Comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise growth, to win another breakthrough in enterprise growth.
