出口型钢材贸易公司弹性工作制研究

【摘要】:弹性工作制于20世纪80年代前后来到中国,并在之后的30年里得到了迅速发展。传统的固定工作制已经无法完全满足当今多元化经济发展的需要,传统的工作制度限制了员工的工作时间和工作地点,使员工无法更为科学地根据工作的实际需要安排工作,弹性工作制打破了传统的工作模式。其中,弹性工时制和远程办公是弹性工作制的典型代表。弹性工时制为员工带来了工作时间上的弹性,而远程办公则为员工带来了工作时间和工作地点上的双重弹性。 本文选择311名从事钢材出口的外销员(以下所指外销员均为出口型钢材贸易公司外销员)为研究对象,利用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析,验证了弹性工作制对提高组织承诺并缓解工作倦怠具有积极作用。在此基础上,本文首先从计算机普及程度和互联网普及程度、法律环境、外贸公司经营模式、外销员职位特点四个角度,详细论述了外销员弹性工作制实施的可行性。其次,,从四个方面论述了外销员实行弹性工作制可以为外贸公司带来的价值,分别是弹性工作制提高外销员工作效率、弹性工作制减少外销员加班费用、弹性工作制节约外贸公司办公费用、弹性工作制吸纳并留住优秀外销员。最后,本文提出了出口型钢材贸易公司应该将弹性工时制和远程办公相结合,根据外销员个体的实际情况进行弹性工作制的选择,并重点论述了外销员弹性工作制的解决方案。
[Abstract]:Flexible work came to China in the 1980 s and developed rapidly in the next 30 years. The traditional fixed work system has been unable to fully meet the needs of the diversified economic development today. The traditional work system restricts the working time and the work place of the staff, and makes it impossible for the staff to arrange the work more scientifically according to the actual needs of the work. Flexible work breaks the traditional mode of work. Among them, flexible working hours and telecommuting are typical representatives of flexible work system. Flexible working hours bring flexibility in working hours, while telecommuting brings double flexibility in working hours and working places. In this paper, the author selects 311 export salesmen (all of whom are exports-type steel trade company) as the research object, and makes statistical analysis of the data by using the SPSS17.0 statistical software. It is verified that flexible work system can improve organizational commitment and alleviate job burnout. On this basis, this paper first discusses the feasibility of the flexible work system of export salesmen from four angles: the popularization of computers and the popularity of Internet, the legal environment, the management mode of foreign trade companies and the characteristics of foreign sales officers' positions. Secondly, the paper discusses the value that the flexible work system can bring to the foreign trade company from four aspects, that is, the flexible work system can improve the work efficiency of the export salesmen, and the flexible work system can reduce the overtime expenses of the export salesmen. Flexible work system saves foreign trade company office expenses, flexible work system to absorb and retain outstanding foreign sales staff. Finally, this paper puts forward the flexible working system should be combined with the remote working system in the export steel trading company, and chooses the flexible work system according to the actual situation of the export salesperson, and emphatically discusses the solution of the flexible work system for the export salesman.
