机会-资源一体化能力的衍生机理——基于亚泰集团的案例研究

【摘要】:机会-资源一体化能力是一个新概念,其提出的目的在于从机会和资源整合层面系统地探究企业创业行为的本质特征。同时,以能力视角作为研究的切入点更加符合机会-资源一体化的动态性本质,有助于揭示企业新价值创造的机理过程。为了实现上述目的,本文首先在理论层面界定了机会-资源一体化的内涵及其度量体系;其次,系统梳理了动态能力的理论体系,同时将其与机会-资源一体化进行融合,从而明确机会-资源一体化能力的研究逻辑;最后,本文以案例分析作为主要研究方法,通过探索亚泰集团不同生命周期阶段的关键事件来总结机会与资源之间的一体化过程,进而从核心能力生成、核心能力驱动以及新的生命周期三个阶段揭示出机会-资源一体化能力的衍生路径,最终构建了机会-资源一体化能力的衍生机理模型。
[Abstract]:The capability of opportunity-resource integration is a new concept, which aims to explore systematically the essential characteristics of entrepreneurial behavior from the aspect of opportunity and resource integration. At the same time, the capability perspective is more in line with the dynamic nature of opportunity-resource integration, which is helpful to reveal the mechanism process of enterprise's new value creation. In order to achieve the above purpose, this paper firstly defines the connotation and measurement system of opportunity-resource integration at the theoretical level; secondly, it systematically combs the theoretical system of dynamic capability and combines it with opportunity-resource integration. Finally, this paper uses case analysis as the main research method to summarize the integration process between opportunity and resources by exploring the key events in different life cycle stages of Yatai Group. Then it reveals the derivative path of opportunity-resource integration ability from three stages of core competence generation, core competence driving and new life cycle, and finally constructs the derivative mechanism model of opportunity-resource integration ability.
