W新能源公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:从19世纪60年代英国工业革命到现在全球化经济大发展,传统能源的消耗量越来越大,环境污染问题越来越严重,大国之间对能源的博弈也越来越激烈,甚至爆发石油危机及能源战争,发展新能源已经变得越来越急迫。W公司作为国内新能源企业的代表,如何抓住经济发展对新能源的大量需求带来的机遇,迎接市场复杂环境的挑战,推进企业可持续发展,成为企业经营者和管理者急需面对和解决的重大课题。本文运用企业战略管理相关理论和战略分析相关工具,对W公司战略的分析、制定、实施的全过程进行了系统的研究和描述。本文的结论不仅能推进W公司战略实施,切实提高内部管理水平,促进企业可持续发展,而且对光伏行业中类似企业的战略制定和战略实施控制也具有一定的实际指导意义。本文首先提出了W公司制定发展战略的背景和意义,指出战略管理研究的相关流派,并阐述了本文研究的主要内容和方法。其次运用PEST分析方法对W公司所处的宏观环境进行了总体分析,运用波特五力模型对W公司所在的行业环境进行了详尽的分析,并依据EFE矩阵对W公司的外部环境影响进行综合评价。然后,对W公司的人力资源、技术力量、客户渠道等内部资源进行了分析,并依据IFE矩阵对W公司的内部环境做出综合评价。最后结合W公司的内外部因素的综合评价,运用SWOT矩阵模型提出W公司的发展战略选择,依据公司的战略定位和发展目标最终确定了适合W公司的发展战略,并根据W公司的实际情况,制定了支撑总体战略实施的各职能战略,介绍了战略评价和控制的有效方法。
[Abstract]:From the British Industrial Revolution in the 1860s to the great development of the global economy, the consumption of traditional energy is increasing, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and the game of energy among big countries is becoming more and more intense. Even with the outbreak of the oil crisis and the energy war, the development of new energy has become more and more urgent. As a representative of domestic new energy enterprises, how to seize the opportunity brought by the massive demand for new energy from economic development, To meet the challenge of complex market environment and to promote the sustainable development of enterprises, it has become an urgent task for managers and managers to face and solve. In this paper, the whole process of W Company's strategy analysis, formulation and implementation is systematically studied and described by using the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management and the relevant tools of strategic analysis. The conclusion of this paper can not only promote the implementation of W company strategy, improve the level of internal management, promote the sustainable development of enterprises, but also have a certain practical guiding significance for the strategy formulation and strategy implementation control of similar enterprises in photovoltaic industry. This paper first puts forward the background and significance of W Company to formulate development strategy, points out the relevant schools of strategic management research, and expounds the main contents and methods of this paper. Secondly, the author makes a general analysis of the macro environment of W Company by using PEST analysis method, and makes a detailed analysis of the industry environment of W Company by using Porter's five Force Model. According to the EFE matrix, the external environmental impact of W Company is evaluated. Then, the author analyzes the internal resources of W Company, such as human resource, technical force, customer channel and so on, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the internal environment of W Company according to the IFE matrix. Finally, combined with the comprehensive evaluation of internal and external factors of W Company, the development strategy choice of W Company is put forward by using SWOT matrix model, and the development strategy suitable for W Company is finally determined according to the strategic orientation and development goal of W Company. According to the actual situation of W Company, the functional strategies supporting the implementation of the overall strategy are formulated, and the effective methods of strategic evaluation and control are introduced.
