我国钢铁企业环境竞争力研究

【摘要】:钢铁工业是资源消耗和污染排放的重点领域。2012年工业领域能源消耗占全社会的70%以上,我国的钢铁工业目前仍属于高消耗、高排放、综合利用低的粗放型发展模式。1996年我国粗钢产量超过1亿吨,位居世界钢产量第一。2012年,全球粗钢产量15.48亿吨,我国粗钢产量达到了7.1654亿吨,占全球总产量的47%。据世界钢铁动态公司(WSD)2013年7月5日公布的最新“世界级钢铁企业竞争力”排序,我国共有5家钢铁企业入榜,中国五大钢铁企业宝钢排名第11位,沙钢排名第22位,鞍钢排名第28位,武钢排名第30位,,马钢排名第33位。充分说明我国钢铁企业在国际市场竞争中还是具有极大的竞争潜力的。 环境竞争力是最近几年来国际上的一个新概念,是企业走可持续发展道路的必要选择。在大兴实施可持续发展的今天,环境竞争力早已成为了企业竞争力不可非议的重要组成之一。故提高企业环境竞争力对企业可持续发展和提高企业综合竞争力有重要意义。 提升我国钢铁企业的环境竞争力有助于我国钢铁企业在极为激烈的国际市场竞争中获胜。本文阐述了企业环境竞争力含义及提升我国钢铁企业环境竞争力的必要性,文章收集了钢铁工业历史数据,对钢铁行业的现状进行分析,同时指出提升钢铁企业环境竞争力极大程度上有助于钢铁企业提升自身综合竞争力。本文以宝钢作为实证研究对象,建立钢铁企业环境竞争力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和灰色关联度的评价方法,从4个维度,21个二级指标对钢铁企业生产的各个环节进行环境竞争力的评价。为今后有针对性地提升我国钢铁企业环境竞争力提出建议和理论依据,也为其他高污染行业提升竞争力作参考依据。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is the key area of resource consumption and pollution emission. In 2012, energy consumption in industry accounted for more than 70% of the whole society. China's iron and steel industry is still high consumption and high emissions. In 1996, China's crude steel output exceeded 100 million tons, ranking first in the world. In 2012, the global crude steel production reached 1.548 billion tons, and China's crude steel output reached 716.54 million tons, accounting for 47% of the world's total output. According to the ranking of World Steel dynamic Company (WSD) published on July 5, 2013, "the Competitiveness of World Steel Enterprises", there are five steel enterprises in China, Baosteel ranked 11th and Shagang 22nd. Angang ranked 28 th, WISCO 30 th, Ma Gang 33 th. It fully shows that Chinese iron and steel enterprises still have great competitive potential in the international market competition. Environmental competitiveness is a new international concept in recent years and a necessary choice for enterprises to take the road of sustainable development. In Daxing implementation of sustainable development today, environmental competitiveness has become one of the important components of enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, improving the environmental competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises and to the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Improving the environmental competitiveness of Chinese iron and steel enterprises will help them win in the fierce international market competition. This paper expounds the meaning of environmental competitiveness of enterprises and the necessity of improving the environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises in China. The paper collects the historical data of iron and steel industry, and analyzes the present situation of iron and steel industry. At the same time, it is pointed out that improving the environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises will greatly help iron and steel enterprises to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness. In this paper, Baosteel is taken as the empirical research object, the evaluation index system of environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises is established, and the evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation degree is used. The environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises was evaluated from 4 dimensions and 21 secondary indexes. Suggestions and theoretical basis for improving environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises in China are put forward in the future, as well as reference basis for other high pollution industries.
