小家电产品研发中的风险管理
[Abstract]:With the establishment of China's market economy, the world situation has changed, the global economic pattern has been reshaped, the trend of multipolarization has intensified, and the market environment has changed with each passing day. All kinds of uncertain factors are becoming more and more complicated, and the risk of enterprise R & D project is becoming more and more complex and changeable. Therefore, strengthening R & D risk management has become a problem that managers pay close attention to. The risk management of product research and development is the process of fully identifying the risk, synthetically analyzing and carefully evaluating, daring to predict and taking active measures to control the risk. In this paper, the risk factors and reasons are found out through the research on the risk in the research and development of small household appliances, so as to lay the foundation for the risk manager to establish the risk warning mechanism and take corresponding countermeasures. Minimize or minimize the risk of adverse consequences in project development in the most economical way. This paper discusses the risk in the research and development of small household appliances, systematically discusses the risk in each stage of the whole life cycle of the project development, and identifies the risk factors in the research and development, and establishes the risk evaluation index on this basis. Make appropriate risk decision to provide reference for risk management and prevention. The risk of enterprise R & D is becoming more and more serious and unpredictable. It is urgent to establish an effective R & D risk warning mechanism and system to predict, pre-control and deal with R & D risk in order to minimize the risk and maximize the profits of the enterprise. For the long-term development of enterprises to provide reliable assurance.
