中小型风力发电的竞争力研究

【摘要】:“十二五”规划明确提出了加大可再生能源利用力度,发展分布式能源资源的要求。中小型风电作为被广为采用的可再生能源,由于其清洁无污染、技术较为先进、安装较为简便、便于就地获取资源、以及便于以分布式模式参与电网调度等特点,成为我国能源体系下一步发展的重要因素。面对新的能源政策与能源体系所带来的全新挑战与机遇,企业如何全面了解行业发展现状及竞争力情况,领先把握市场动向,充分利用资源抢占市场,对于新能源企业而言具有重要意义。因此,对我国当前中小型风电产业进行竞争力分析具有重要的理论意义和参考价值。 本文从我国当前中小型风电产业的发展状况出发,运用产业竞争力理论,进行详细分析。首先,结合国内外中小型风电与中小型风机研究现状,通过查找资料与整理调研同时对中小型风机与分布式能源的协调运作状况与应用情况进行了汇总分析;其次,探讨了我国风能的特点及主要利用方式,介绍了我国中小型风机的发展水平与产业发展模型,并对我国中小型风机的未来发展前景进行了合理预测;再次,以波特“钻石模型”和SWOT分析法为理论依据,对我国中小型风电的生产要求、市场需求、上下游产业链、企业内部战略与结构调整、以及政府和机会等几个要素进行了详细分析,并采用SWOT分析法对我国中小型风电发展进程中存在的问题及优缺点进行分析,同时对当前能源市场环境下我国中小型风电企业面临的机遇与威胁进行了阐述;最后,以中小型风电的几种主要应用模式为主,分析了我国中小型风电在农村偏远地区、海岛与湖泊地区的应用情况及竞争优势与劣势,着重介绍了以风光互补发电系统为代表的分布式中小型风电与其他可再生能源发电技术协调运作系统的特征及优劣势,并创新性地提出“墙式”风电机组,介绍了与传统发电技术相比其具有的显著差异及优势等。通过中小型风电的应用情况与竞争力分析,为我国中小型风电行业的未来发展提出了合理构想,为企业下一步决策提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan clearly puts forward the requirements of increasing the utilization of renewable energy and developing distributed energy resources. As a widely used renewable energy, small and medium-sized wind power has the advantages of clean and pollution-free, advanced technology, easy installation, easy to obtain local resources, and convenient to participate in power grid dispatching in distributed mode, etc. Become the important factor that our country energy system develops next step. Faced with the new challenges and opportunities brought by the new energy policy and energy system, how can enterprises fully understand the current situation of industry development and competitiveness, take the lead in grasping market trends, and make full use of resources to seize the market? It is of great significance to new energy enterprises. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and reference value to analyze the competitiveness of the current small and medium sized wind power industry in China. Based on the development of small and medium-sized wind power industry in China, this paper makes a detailed analysis by using the theory of industrial competitiveness. First of all, combined with the domestic and foreign small and medium-sized wind power and small and medium-sized fan research status, through looking up the data and sorting out the investigation at the same time, small and medium-sized fan and distributed energy coordination operation and application situation are summarized and analyzed; secondly, This paper discusses the characteristics and main ways of utilization of wind energy in China, introduces the development level and industrial development model of small and medium-sized fans in China, and makes a reasonable prediction of the future development prospects of small and medium-sized fans in China. Based on Porter's Diamond Model and SWOT analysis, the production requirements, market demand, upstream and downstream industrial chain, internal strategy and structure adjustment of small and medium-sized wind power generation in China are discussed. The government and opportunity are analyzed in detail, and the problems, advantages and disadvantages in the development process of small and medium-sized wind power in China are analyzed by SWOT analysis. At the same time, the opportunities and threats faced by the small and medium-sized wind power enterprises in our country under the current energy market environment are expounded. Finally, with several main application modes of the small and medium-sized wind power generation, the paper analyzes the small and medium-sized wind power generation in the rural and remote areas of our country. The application situation, competitive advantage and disadvantage of island and lake area are introduced in this paper. The characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the coordinated operation system of distributed small and medium-sized wind power generation and other renewable energy generation technology, represented by wind power generation system with wind energy and other renewable energy sources, are emphatically introduced. The wall type wind turbine is creatively put forward, and the remarkable difference and advantage compared with the traditional power generation technology are introduced. Through the analysis of the application and competitiveness of the small and medium sized wind power, this paper puts forward a reasonable conception for the future development of the small and medium-sized wind power industry in China, and provides a theoretical reference for the next decision of the enterprise.
