M公司绩效考核体系研究

【摘要】:世界经济一体化是发展的必然趋势,很多企业在行业内面临的竞争压力也日益增大。竞争对手不仅仅局限于本国的对手,还有来自国外的企业。而在这种充斥着激烈竞争的环境下,考虑如何提高企业自身的竞争力,从而在激烈的市场上站住脚跟,保有自己的一席之地,是很多企业管理者分外关注的事情。 对于企业来说,合理恰当的运用绩效考核,能使员工获得的更高的满意度和成就感,,从而促进企业的发展,相反如果绩效考核没有得到合理的运用,就可能打破企业原本和谐的气氛并因此制约企业的发展。 本文把M公司的目前的状况、未来前景和绩效管理相关的理论知识结合起来,通过对其考核体系进行全面的并且深入的调查与分析,找出绩效考核在实施过程中所遭遇的问题与难点,并尝试对M公司现行的绩效考核体系进行优化改进,提出改进思路,力求帮助企业提高绩效考核水平,提升企业竞争力。文章研究的结论对与M公司类似的中小企业有一定的参考借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:World economic integration is an inevitable trend of development, and many enterprises are facing increasing competition pressure in the industry. Competitors are not limited to domestic rivals, but also from foreign companies. In this environment full of fierce competition, how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, so as to stand on the fierce market, keep their own place, is a matter of special concern for many enterprise managers. For enterprises, a reasonable and appropriate use of performance appraisal can make employees get higher satisfaction and sense of achievement, thus promoting the development of the enterprise, on the contrary, if the performance appraisal is not properly applied, It is possible to break the original harmonious atmosphere of the enterprise and thus restrict the development of the enterprise. In this paper, M Company's current situation, future prospects and relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management are combined, and through a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and analysis of its appraisal system, To find out the problems and difficulties encountered in the implementation of performance appraisal, and try to optimize and improve the current performance appraisal system of M company, put forward the improvement ideas, and strive to help enterprises to improve the performance appraisal level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The conclusion of this paper has some reference significance for the small and medium-sized enterprises similar to M Company.
