Q公司员工忠诚度影响因素及对策研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的深化,,民营企业先后在制造业中不断发展,取得了很大的进步。近几年出现的“民工荒”、“用工荒”等问题日益严重,很多青年步入职场并逐渐成为企业一线主流,员工流动势必会增加企业风险、增加人力成本。因此,员工忠诚对企业至关重要。 本文通过问卷调查,分别从社会层面因素、企业层面因素和员工自身层面因素,分析Q公司员工忠诚度的影响因素,并提出了相应的对策建议。以此充分激发员工的力量和才智,完善企业的人事管理体制、降低人力资源成本,为企业创造活力、提升竞争力。 本文可能的创新点,一是教育培训,利用广东省共青团组织的“圆梦计划”,将“零”成本的资金投入间接转化为企业的生产力;二是归属感的建立,通过企业创造“留人先留心”的方式,以及从员工的情感方面对企业产生高度的认同感和工作的使命感。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of market economy, private enterprises have developed continuously in manufacturing industry and made great progress. In recent years, the problems of "migrant workers shortage" and "employment shortage" are becoming more and more serious. Many young people step into the workplace and gradually become the mainstream of enterprises. Employee mobility is bound to increase enterprise risk and increase labor costs. Therefore, employee loyalty is very important to the enterprise. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employee loyalty in Q Company from the factors of social level, enterprise level and employee's own level, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In order to fully stimulate the strength and intelligence of employees, improve the personnel management system, reduce the cost of human resources, create vitality for enterprises, enhance competitiveness. The possible innovations of this paper are: first, education and training, making use of the "dream fulfillment plan" organized by the Guangdong Communist Youth League, to indirectly convert the "zero" cost of capital investment into the productivity of the enterprise; second, the establishment of a sense of belonging. Through the creation of "pay attention to others first" way, as well as from the emotional aspects of the staff to develop a high sense of identity and work sense of mission.
