我国风电设备制造企业战略转型研究

【摘要】：环境污染问题日趋严重,为了减轻和环境污染防止对人类的危害,我们开始重视新能源的开发利用。风电作为目前的绿色能源,其技术成熟,成本低廉,正逐渐被大多数人所了解。风电作为我国可再生能源发展的重点领域,近年来取得了快速的发展。截止2013年底,风电新增装机容量达到1610万千瓦,较2012年增长24%,亚洲连续15年成为全球最大的风电市场。当然,风电的发展离不开政策的支持。我国政府十分重视新能源和可再生能源的发展,从风电供给、风电消纳等角度出台了多项政策,促进我国风电产业发展。由于风电产业发展是一项系统工程,我国风电产业发展缺乏科学全面的战略布局,产业发面还面临核心技术缺乏、恶性竞争严重、风电消纳困难等多种问题。装备制造业是国民经济的支柱产业,它的兴衰对我国经济的发展程度起着重要的影响作用。本文选择以风电设备制造企业为代表的装备制造业入手,分析其转型的几种模式,并研究战略转型的内外部原因,望借此为我国风电设备制造企业及其他新兴产业的战略转型提供参考。
[Abstract]:The problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. In order to reduce and prevent environmental pollution from harming human beings, we begin to attach importance to the development and utilization of new energy. Wind power as the current green energy, its technology is mature, low-cost, is gradually known by most people. Wind power, as a key area of renewable energy development in China, has made rapid development in recent years. Wind power added 1610 kilowatts at the end of 2013, up 24 percent from 2012, and Asia became the world's largest wind power market for 15 years in a row. Of course, wind power development can not be separated from policy support. Our government attaches great importance to the development of new and renewable energy, from the point of view of wind power supply, wind power consumption and other aspects, issued a number of policies to promote the development of wind power industry in China. Since the development of wind power industry is a systematic project, the development of wind power industry in our country lacks a scientific and comprehensive strategic layout, and the industry is faced with many problems, such as lack of core technology, serious vicious competition, difficulty in wind power consumption and so on. The equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy, and its rise and fall play an important role in the economic development of our country. This paper chooses the equipment manufacturing industry represented by the wind power equipment manufacturing enterprise as the representative, analyzes several modes of its transformation, and studies the internal and external reasons of the strategic transformation. Hope this for our country wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises and other emerging industries strategic transformation to provide a reference.
