我国半导体元器件企业销售渠道研究

【摘要】:全球半导体市场在2012年衰退2.5%后,2013年恢复缓慢增长,年成长率达4.9%。2013年全球半导体市场营业额达3190亿美元,较2012年的3029亿美元成长4.9%,2013年消费类电子的发展推动了半导体业产业营收的增加。2014年随着全球经济逐步复苏,带动半导体产业继续平稳增长。 对于我国市场,由于政府对半导体产业作为工业基础这一产品特性的认识加深,利好政策逐步出台,将加速我国半导体产业步入新的一轮成长阶段。4G-LTE,移动互联网,物联网,云计算,大数据,新能源,可穿戴设备,汽车电子,医疗电子,智慧城市,智能家居,智能电网等应用前景看好,国家支持半导体产业发展的态度明确,我国半导体产业的发展前景可观。 随着半导体元器件企业竞争的不断加剧,大型半导体元器件制造企业间并购整合与资本运作日趋频繁,各大元器件厂商越来越重视对行业市场的研究,对销售渠道的研究,特别是对企业发展环境和客户需求趋势变化的深入研究。本文从我国半导体市场的销售渠道着手,分析我国半导体市场的现状,特点,机会及现有销售渠道面临的问题和挑战;研究了从半导体制造商,分销商到客户之间的关系;也分析了全球分销商,我国本土分销商的各自的优缺点,继而按照我国半导体元器件市场的现状,总结出符合我国电子产业现状的销售渠道。
[Abstract]:After declining 2.5% in 2012, the global semiconductor market resumed its slow growth in 2013, with an annual growth rate of 4.9% and a turnover of US $319 billion in 2013. The growth of consumer electronics in 2013 boosted the semiconductor industry's revenue growth from $302.9 billion in 2012. 2014 saw the semiconductor industry continue to grow steadily as the global economy recovers. For the Chinese market, because the government has a deeper understanding of the semiconductor industry as the foundation of the industry, and a favorable policy is gradually issued, it will accelerate the semiconductor industry in our country to step into a new round of growth. 4G-LTE. mobile Internet of things, Internet of things. Cloud computing, big data, new energy sources, wearable devices, automotive electronics, medical electronics, smart cities, smart homes, smart grids, and other applications have promising prospects. The state has a clear attitude toward supporting the development of the semiconductor industry. The prospect of development of semiconductor industry in China is considerable. With the increasing competition of semiconductor components enterprises, M & A integration and capital operation among large semiconductor components manufacturing enterprises are becoming more and more frequent. The major component manufacturers pay more and more attention to the research on the industry market and the sales channels. Especially to the enterprise development environment and the customer demand trend change thorough research. In this paper, the current situation, characteristics, opportunities, problems and challenges of semiconductor market in China are analyzed, and the relationship between semiconductor manufacturers, distributors and customers is studied. The advantages and disadvantages of the global distributors and local distributors are also analyzed, and then according to the current situation of the semiconductor components market in China, the sales channels which accord with the current situation of the electronic industry in China are summarized.
