大庆沃尔沃整车制造基地建设项目进度控制研究

【摘要】:项目管理的三大目标是成本管理、进度管理和质量管理,这三大目标在项目管理过程中有着举足轻重的位置,时间对于项目的利益相关方就意味着是效益,也就是金钱,当项目提前完成,就说明需要投入额外的资源,而当项目结束时间延后,就说明需要产生很多间接地费用,因此,制定一个科学合理的进度计划,并在项目进度过程中运用科学的管理方法予以控制,在项目管理过程中显得尤为重要。鉴于此,论文在项目进度控制理论研究的基础上,对大庆沃尔沃整车制造基地建设项目的控制方法及保障措施进行了探讨。 论文在总结了国内外学者对项目进度控制理论研究现状的基础上,提出了课题研究的背景及意义;概述了项目相关的基本理论及特点,并对项目管理的概念和内容进行了综述,,从项目计划制定和项目进度控制两方面介绍了相关的原理和方法,并对各种方法进行对比分析和研究,为下文的研究奠定了理论基础;通过对大庆沃尔沃整车制造基地建设项目的现状、项目进度的规划以及影响因素的分析,提出大庆沃尔沃整车制造基地建设项目进度控制的影响因素主要包括环境因素、人为因素、材料设备因素、技术因素和资金因素五大因素;在此基础上,以PDCA循环控制方法为理论基础,其间加以运用S型曲线方法和挣值分析法对项目进度进行实时监测和检查,并针对出现的偏差进行分析和调整;最后,针对分析结果,提出保障大庆沃尔沃整车制造基地建设项目进度切实可行的措施。论文通过对大庆沃尔沃整车制造基地建设项目进度控制方法的研究,旨在为项目进度控制提供一套科学、合理、有效的措施。
[Abstract]:The three goals of project management are cost management, schedule management and quality management. These three goals play an important role in the process of project management. Time means benefit to the stakeholders of the project, that is, money. When the project is completed ahead of time, it means that additional resources are needed, and when the end of the project is delayed, there will be a lot of indirect costs involved, so make a scientific and reasonable progress plan. Scientific management method is used to control the progress of the project, which is especially important in the process of project management. In view of this, based on the research of project schedule control theory, the paper discusses the control method and guarantee measures of the construction project of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the research on the theory of project schedule control at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the background and significance of the research, summarizes the basic theories and characteristics of the project, and summarizes the concept and content of project management. This paper introduces the relevant principles and methods from the two aspects of project planning and project schedule control, and makes a comparative analysis and study of various methods, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. Through the analysis of the status quo of the construction project of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base, the planning of the project progress and the analysis of the influencing factors, the paper puts forward that the influencing factors of the progress control of the Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base construction project mainly include the environmental factors. Human factors, material and equipment factors, technical factors and financial factors, on this basis, based on the PDCA cycle control method as the theoretical basis, In the meantime, the S curve method and earned value analysis method are used to monitor and check the progress of the project in real time, and the deviation is analyzed and adjusted. Finally, according to the analysis results, Put forward the feasible measures to ensure the construction progress of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base. Through the research on the progress control method of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base, this paper aims to provide a set of scientific, reasonable and effective measures for the project schedule control.
