低碳环境下大型煤炭企业供应链均衡供给研究

【摘要】:煤炭是我国乃至全球的重要能源之一,所以煤炭的生产、运输以及销售整个供应链中的各个环节一直是众多学者关注研究的重点。随着社会的发展,世界各国对于环境的要求逐渐提高,之前只是在行业领域泛泛的强调低碳环保,如今将碳排放落实到煤炭行业整个层面,而且具体到每个煤炭企业应该担负的减排责任。与此同时,国家的各项关于低碳的法律法规也做了相应的调整,更加完善。 在政府督促以及企业的努力下,煤炭企业的供应链也逐步走向成熟。以往的煤炭企业除了注重企业本身的生产运作成本最低和利润最大化,环境这一关系社会责任的因素是不会纳入考虑范围内的,而现在的煤炭企业在保证企业自身煤炭供应链能够均衡供给、成本最低、利润最大化的同时,还考虑了许多与环境相关的制约因素。 因此,本论文针对煤炭企业在低碳这一环境因素的制约下,如何实现成本低、利润最大化以及煤炭资源均衡供给的问题展开讨论,为大型煤炭企业在低碳环境下对煤炭供应链的管理提供参考。本文通过对煤炭企业供应链均衡供给的影响因素进行分析,同时采用AHP进行剖析,借助于IPCC提供的碳排放计量方法对煤炭企业供应链上的生产、运输环节产生的碳排放进行计量,再利用随机博弈理论构建煤炭企业利润成本的新模型,该新的模型考虑到了低碳制约产生的低碳成本,从而将企业考虑低碳成本的经济利润模型与不考虑低碳成本的经济利润模型进行对比分析得出结论。企业考虑低碳这一影响因素,为社会创造福利,同时社会也会对企业有相应的回报,企业的利润不仅仅包含企业的资金流产生的利润,还包含企业造福社会带来的品牌效应等相关的隐形利润,由此可见企业考虑低碳成本反而盈利空间更大、发展前景更好,企业能更加长期稳定的发展。 笔者认为在煤炭企业供应链能在低碳环境下实现均衡供给可以达到企业与环境之间的“双赢”关系,进而提高整个煤炭企业供应链的竞争优势。
[Abstract]:Coal is one of the most important energy sources in our country and even the whole world, so the production, transportation and sale of coal in the whole supply chain have been the focus of many scholars. With the development of the society, the environmental requirements of the countries in the world have been gradually raised. Before that, they only emphasized the low-carbon environmental protection in the field of industry. Now, the carbon emissions have been implemented to the whole level of the coal industry. And specific to each coal enterprise should bear the responsibility of reducing emissions. At the same time, the country's low-carbon laws and regulations have also made corresponding adjustments, more perfect. Under the supervision of the government and the efforts of enterprises, the supply chain of coal enterprises is gradually maturing. In the past, in addition to paying attention to the lowest cost of production and operation and maximization of profits of coal enterprises themselves, the factors related to social responsibility such as the environment will not be taken into account. The present coal enterprises not only guarantee their own coal supply chain to balance supply, lowest cost and maximum profit, but also consider a lot of environmental constraints. Therefore, this paper discusses how to achieve low cost, maximization of profits and balanced supply of coal resources in coal enterprises under the restriction of low-carbon environmental factors. It provides a reference for large coal enterprises to manage coal supply chain in low carbon environment. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of supply chain equilibrium supply in coal enterprises, at the same time using AHP to analyze the production of coal enterprise supply chain by means of carbon emission metering method provided by IPCC. The carbon emissions generated by transportation are measured, and then a new model of profit cost of coal enterprises is constructed by using stochastic game theory. The new model takes into account the low carbon cost caused by low carbon constraints. The conclusion is drawn by comparing the economic profit model considering low carbon cost and the economic profit model without considering low carbon cost. Considering the influence factor of low carbon, the enterprise can create welfare for the society, at the same time, the society will also have the corresponding return to the enterprise. The profit of the enterprise includes not only the profit generated by the capital flow of the enterprise, but also the profit of the enterprise. It also includes the invisible profit related to the brand effect brought by the enterprise for the benefit of the society. It shows that the enterprise considers the low carbon cost but the profit space is bigger, the development prospect is better, and the enterprise can develop more steadily in the long term. The author thinks that the supply chain of coal enterprise can achieve the "win-win" relationship between the enterprise and the environment under the low carbon environment, and then improve the competitive advantage of the supply chain of the whole coal enterprise.
