大庆油田电缆公司EAP实施方案设计

【摘要】:员工帮助计划作为现代企业人力资源管理的一种重要手段,在西方发达国家的企业中已得到广泛应用。我国目前EAP研究的内容比较集中,实证研究较少,而且与国外研究相比范围和深度都有不小的差距。本文通过对大庆油田电缆公司员工进行EAP需求调查分析,进而设计大庆油田电缆公司EAP实施方案,为我国EAP本土化的研究打下实证的基础,并通过EAP的开展,提升大庆油田电缆公司员工的个人生活质量和工作绩效,从而达到价值与效益、企业与员工双赢的局面——员工生产力提高、企业竞争力提高,使学术研究转化为现实成果。 本文选定大庆油田电缆公司作为研究对象,在相关资料研究和HR访谈的基础上,设计了员工帮助需求调查问卷。调查问卷分为员工基本情况调查,员工对EAP(员工帮助计划)的认知情况调查,员工感受的调查,员工对EAP需求情况的调查,员工需求的解决途径选择情况调查等5个部分。根据大庆油田电缆公司的生产特点,选择部分员工开展帮助需求调查,通过对调查问卷统计分析,发现大庆油田电缆公司员工对EAP的认知程度非常低,而且对公司存在一定的不满情绪。根据需求程度高低,将员工对EAP的需求划分为3个层次,,其中,关于工作和健康层面的需求程度较高。在问卷调查的基础上,论文还分析了大庆油田电缆公司实施EAP的必要性。通过前期调查,从大庆油田电缆公司实际出发为大庆油田电缆公司设计具体的EAP实施方案,方案包括EAP实施目标与原则、准备工作、横向模块设计、纵向模块设计等四个部分。最后,为了保证EAP能够在大庆油田电缆公司顺利实施,达到预期效果,结合公司具体实际情况,提出相应的5个保障和3个配套措施。
[Abstract]:As an important means of modern enterprise human resource management, employee help plan has been widely used in western developed countries. At present, the content of EAP research in China is more concentrated, the empirical research is less, and compared with the foreign research, there is not a small gap between the scope and depth. Through the investigation and analysis of the EAP demand of the employees of Daqing Oil Field Cable Company, this paper designs the EAP implementation plan of Daqing Oilfield Cable Company, which lays the empirical foundation for the study of EAP localization in China, and through the EAP, the implementation of the EAP is carried out in Daqing Oilfield Cable Company. To improve the personal quality of life and work performance of the employees of Daqing Oil Field Cable Company, so as to achieve the value and benefit, and the win-win situation between the enterprise and the staff: the productivity of the employees and the competitiveness of the enterprise are improved, which makes academic research become a practical achievement. In this paper, Daqing Oil Field Cable Company is selected as the research object, on the basis of relevant data research and HR interview, the questionnaire of employee help demand is designed. The questionnaire is divided into five parts: employee's basic investigation, employee's cognition to EAP (employee help plan), employee's feeling, employee's demand for EAP, and employee's choice of ways to solve their needs. According to the production characteristics of Daqing Oil Field Cable Company, selected some employees to carry out the help needs survey, through the questionnaire statistical analysis, found that Daqing Oilfield Cable Company employees' knowledge of EAP is very low. And there is a certain degree of dissatisfaction with the company. According to the demand level, the employees' demand for EAP is divided into three levels, among which, the demand for work and health is higher. On the basis of questionnaire survey, the necessity of implementing EAP in Daqing Oilfield Cable Company is analyzed. Based on the previous investigation, this paper designs a concrete EAP implementation scheme for Daqing Oil Field Cable Company, which includes four parts: EAP implementation goal and principle, preparation work, transverse module design and longitudinal module design. Finally, in order to ensure the successful implementation of EAP in Daqing Oilfield Cable Company and achieve the desired results, combined with the actual situation of the company, the corresponding 5 safeguards and 3 supporting measures are put forward.
