普迅公司企业文化管理创新与实践研究

【摘要】:企业文化是企业的经营理念、价值体系、历史传统和工作作风的集合,,它表现为企业成员的整体精神、共同的价值标准、符合时代的道德规范和最求发展的文化素质。优秀的企业文化能够为企业发展提供生生不息的发展动力,也是企业管理创新的必然要求和外在体现。良好的企业文化能够产生强大的内在激励,崇高的企业信念和长远的战略规划,使员工产生的归属感、向心力和荣誉感,能够满足员工内心成长的需求。 普迅公司是国网电力科学研究院的全资公司,是一家以高新技术与软件开发为专长的企业,它目前已经成为当前我国电力行业信息化解决方案的行业领军,一直从事于智慧化管理,并能够为各类型组织成就信息化建设提供全力帮助,普迅公司的社会使命决定了其企业的文化建设尤为重要。 本文以普迅公司企业文化建设的现状着手,分别从思想观念层面、公司内外部环境影响、文化建设实施这三个方面分析其存在的问题。从总体思路、原则、定位、目标、指导思想等方面对普迅公司的企业文化建设的总体方案进行剖析,并结合自己的观点对普迅公司的企业文化建设提出对策和建议。最后对普迅公司文化建设的实施保障加以提点,总结出企业文化建设实践研究中的一般注意事项与要点,并对普迅公司文化建设的未来作出展望。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is a collection of enterprise management idea, value system, historical tradition and work style. It shows the whole spirit of enterprise members, common value standard, accord with the moral standard of the times and the most seeking for the development of the cultural quality. Excellent corporate culture can provide continuous development power for enterprise development, and it is also the inevitable requirement and external embodiment of enterprise management innovation. Good corporate culture can produce strong internal motivation, lofty enterprise beliefs and long-term strategic planning, so that employees have a sense of belonging, centripetal force and sense of honor, can meet the needs of the staff's inner growth. Puxun Company is a wholly owned company of the National Power Research Institute of China Power Network. It is an enterprise specializing in high and new technology and software development. It has now become the industry leader in information technology solutions for the power industry in our country. It has always been engaged in intelligent management, and can provide full help for the various types of organizations to achieve information construction. The social mission of Puxun Company determines the cultural construction of its enterprises is particularly important. Based on the present situation of enterprise culture construction of Puxun Company, this paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of ideology, influence of internal and external environment, and implementation of culture construction. This paper analyzes the overall plan of enterprise culture construction of Puxun Company from the aspects of general thought, principle, orientation, goal and guiding ideology, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture of Puxun Company from its own point of view. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of Puxun's cultural construction, summarizes the general points for attention and key points in the practical study of corporate cultural construction, and looks forward to the future of Puxun's cultural construction.
