基于超级竞争理论的新能源汽车企业竞争优势研究

【摘要】:我国的新能源汽车行业自1991年正式把电动车关键技术研究列为国家科技重点项目。在新能源汽车发展的二十几年中,这一行业已经达到了产业化发展阶段。与国外百年历史相比,我国新能源汽车行业发展起步晚的多,不论是在产业规模还是技术创新水平都存在着较大差距。加入世贸组织之后,我国新能源汽车产业面临的不仅仅是国内的企业,还包括有着雄厚资金和先进技术的外国汽车公司激烈的竞争。 新能源汽车行业的发展符合发展国家优化产业结构的大趋势。行业规划和扶持政策等多由国务院或部委直接确定,,同时对这一行业实行统筹规划。这也是新能源汽车企业不同于国内其他制造业的原因。新能源汽车产业已经不是传统的竞争,竞争环境是随国家的产业政策规划和扶持措施,不断变化高强度竞争的行业。新能源汽车企业要想在急速变化的市场竞争中百战百胜,需明确在该行业中发展所必需的竞争优势和能力。本文就新能源汽车产业的发展现状,探究了基于超级竞争理论的新能源汽车企业的竞争优势。 基于超级竞争理论的新能源汽车企业竞争优势的形成机理是以超级竞争理论为研究思考的逻辑起点和假设,把新能源汽车企业竞争优势产生的四个领域和本行业特有的五个竞争优势影响因素作为筛选的标准和条件。先由新能源汽车企业竞争优势产生的四个领域成本与品质领域、时机与技术创新领域,进入障碍领域和资本领域,再与新能源汽车企业竞争优势的五个影响因素即国家产业规划和产业支持政策、消费补贴政策、规模经济、产业链、配套设施和专业技术人才对比衡量,看是否符合。通过对企业竞争优势的识别,转化为影响企业竞争优势的五个要素,即产品研发创新要素、品牌要素、资产要素、市场营销要素、政策支持要素。 本文设计了基于超级竞争理论的新能源汽车企业评价模型,选取四家新能源汽车企业运用模糊综合分析法和层次分析法进行研究,并给出相应发展策略。
[Abstract]:Since 1991, the research on key technology of electric vehicle has been listed as the key item of national science and technology in China's new energy automobile industry. In the 20 years of new energy automobile development, this industry has already reached industrialization development stage. Compared with the 100 years history of foreign countries, the development of new energy automobile industry in our country started much later, whether in the industrial scale or the level of technological innovation, there is a big gap. After joining the WTO, the new energy automobile industry of our country faces not only the domestic enterprises, but also the fierce competition of the foreign automobile companies with abundant funds and advanced technology. The development of the new energy automobile industry accords with the general trend of optimizing the industrial structure of the developing country. Industry planning and support policies are determined directly by the State Council or ministries, and the industry is planned as a whole. This is also the reason why new energy automobile companies are different from other domestic manufacturing industries. The new energy automobile industry is no longer the traditional competition, the competitive environment is the industry with the national industrial policy planning and supporting measures, constantly changing high-intensity competition industry. If the new energy automobile enterprise wants to win a hundred victories in the rapidly changing market competition, it needs to make clear the necessary competitive advantage and ability to develop in this industry. This paper probes into the competitive advantages of the new energy automobile enterprises based on the super competition theory in view of the present situation of the development of the new energy automobile industry. The forming mechanism of the competitive advantage of new energy automobile enterprises based on super competition theory is the logical starting point and hypothesis for the study of super competition theory. Four fields of competitive advantage of new energy automobile enterprises and five unique factors of competitive advantage are taken as the criteria and conditions for selection. First of all, four fields of cost and quality, opportunities and technological innovation, barriers and capital, are generated by the competitive advantages of new energy automobile enterprises. Then compared with the five influencing factors of the competitive advantage of the new energy automobile enterprises namely the national industrial planning and industrial support policy consumer subsidy policy scale economy industrial chain supporting facilities and professional technical personnel to see if the match. Through the identification of the competitive advantage of the enterprise, it is transformed into five factors that affect the competitive advantage of the enterprise, namely the innovation factor of product research and development, the brand factor, the asset factor, the marketing factor and the policy supporting factor. In this paper, a new energy automobile enterprise evaluation model based on super competition theory is designed. Four new energy automobile enterprises are selected to use fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, and the corresponding development strategies are given.
