海尔集团全员创业模式研究
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of economic globalization, information technology and network, after the development to a certain stage, the time for enterprises to maintain their existing advantages has been shortened, and the possibility and risk of imitating and catching up by other enterprises has been increasing. For a large enterprise, it is necessary to set up a mechanism and platform for all employees to mobilize their enthusiasm, motivation and ability in order to maintain the state of innovation and entrepreneurship, seize the market opportunity, and realize the everlasting of the foundation industry. According to the development of the times, this paper starts with the main problems faced by the large enterprises, and studies the enterprising mechanism of the Haier Group based on the whole staff. First of all, the main background of the research, the significance of the purpose and the status quo of entrepreneurship and internal entrepreneurship at home and abroad, the main contents, methods and technical routes of the research are presented, and the train of thought of the whole staff is put forward. Second, the article summarizes and reviews the research theories of Chinese and foreign scholars on entrepreneurship and internal entrepreneurship, focusing on the concept and classification of entrepreneurship, the concept of internal entrepreneurship, the relationship between internal entrepreneurship and internal entrepreneurs, and the spirit of internal entrepreneurship. The theoretical basis of the research on internal entrepreneurship mechanism; Thirdly, the paper analyzes and expounds the background and connotation of entrepreneurship, and discusses the cultural mechanism, selection mechanism, resource allocation mechanism, incentive mechanism, risk mechanism, assessment mechanism and so on. Fourthly, the article expounds the model of Haier's self-management and the relationship between the model of self-management and the enterprising of the whole staff. Combined with the theoretical basis of the internal entrepreneurship mechanism of the whole staff, the author analyzes and discusses the mechanism of self-management, and proves that Haier's self-management is the concrete practice of the whole staff's internal entrepreneurship. Fifth, the article has carried on the follow-up research and the analysis to the Haier commercial freezer autonomic operator's case, elaborated the commercial freezer autonomic operator's cultural mechanism, the selection mechanism, the resources allocation mechanism, the incentive mechanism, the risk mechanism, Assessment and evaluation mechanism, from the specific level of implementation, for the whole staff internal entrepreneurship mechanism to provide practical information; Sixthly, the article summarizes the promotion value, main problems and solutions of Haier's self-management. Finally, the paper puts forward the main conclusion of the study: under the suitable enterprise culture environment and the enterprise mechanism, the internal entrepreneurship mechanism based on the whole enterprise can carry on the practice and obtain the good effect. At the same time, the lack of research and the direction of further research are also clear: only a single enterprise has been studied, the lack of extensive research, the follow-up is necessary to conduct in-depth research on Haier, It is also necessary to study the practice of the whole staff of other large enterprises in order to obtain more extensive and popularized research results.
