京津冀联手推进迁安钢铁节能减排

【摘要】：正北京市科学技术委员会、河北省迁安市人民政府、京津冀钢铁行业节能减排产业技术创新联盟日前签订战略合作框架协议.协议签订后,北京市科委、钢铁联盟将发挥科技资源优势,通过节能减排与产业转型升级专项诊断、先进适用成熟技术成果优先示范、组织联盟企业在迁安建立研发中心和制造基地等方式,与迁安市政府共同实施迁安钢铁行业
[Abstract]:The Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the people's Government of Qianan City, Hebei Province, and the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Iron and Steel Industry Energy Saving and Emission reduction Industry technological Innovation Alliance signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement a few days ago. After the signing of the agreement, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Iron and Steel Union will give full play to the advantages of scientific and technological resources and give priority to demonstration of advanced and mature technological achievements through the special diagnosis of energy saving and emission reduction and industrial transformation and upgrading. Organize alliance enterprises to establish R & D center and manufacturing base in Qianan, and implement Qianan iron and steel industry together with Qianan municipal government
