煤矿安全生产组织行为的经济分析

【摘要】：基于行为经济学理论,探讨了煤矿安全生产组织行为机理形成过程,并基于风险偏好构建了煤矿安全生产组织行为风险模型。在该风险模型基础上,分析了煤矿安全生产违规行为构成及违规成本,并对违规行为进行了经济分析。分析结果表明:大多数煤矿在面临"获得"时安全生产组织行为是风险规避的,在面临"损失"时安全生产组织行为是风险偏爱的,且对"损失"更为敏感。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of behavioral economics, the formation process of organization behavior mechanism of coal mine safety production is discussed, and the risk model of coal mine safety production organization behavior is constructed based on risk preference. On the basis of the risk model, the composition and cost of violation in coal mine production safety are analyzed, and the economic analysis of violation is carried out. The results show that most coal mines are risk-averse when they are faced with "acquisition", and are more sensitive to "loss" when they are faced with "loss".
