企业所有制结构演变对企业利润及增长影响——基于中国工业数据的研究

【摘要】：该文分别利用2000-2012年间按二位数分类分行业工业产业的规模以上企业、大中型企业、国有及国有控股企业、私营企业、外商及港澳台投资企业面板数据,估计了不同所有制资本结构及其变化对企业利润的影响。在控制了销售费用等因素后,研究发现:(1)规模以上全部工业产业国有资本比重对企业利润及增长有显著的负相关效应;(2)大中型企业、国有及国有控股工业产业的个人资本比重对企业利润及增长具有显著的正向效应;(3)私营工业产业的个人资本比重对企业利润及增长具有显著的积极影响;(4)外商及港澳台投资工业产业的国有资本比重对企业利润有负效应,个人资本比重的变化对企业利润有正向影响但并不显著。
[Abstract]:From 2000 to 2012, the panel data of large and medium-sized enterprises, state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises, private enterprises, foreign investors, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises were used to classify the industrial enterprises in different industries according to double digits. The influence of different ownership capital structure and its change on enterprise profit is estimated. After controlling sales expenses and other factors, it is found that: (1) the proportion of state-owned capital of all industrial industries above the scale has a significant negative effect on the profits and growth of enterprises; (2) the proportion of individual capital in large and medium-sized enterprises, state-owned and state-owned holding industries has a significant positive effect on the profits and growth of enterprises; (3) the proportion of personal capital in private industrial industry has a significant positive impact on the profit and growth of enterprises; (4) the proportion of state-owned capital in industrial industry of foreign investment, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan has negative effect on enterprise profit, while the change of individual capital proportion has positive effect on enterprise profit, but it is not significant.
