胜利油田公司ERP项目后评价研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous acceleration of the information process, the competitive environment facing enterprises is becoming more and more cruel. Therefore, it is hoped to strengthen the management of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises and consolidate the competitive position of enterprises through information technology, which has become the general trend of the times. This leads to more and more attention to the investment in ERP. At present, Chinese enterprises have paid enough attention to ERP, and have made great achievements, and the development trend is very optimistic. But after years of development, there are still many problems to be solved by fish, which restrict the ERP to a deeper and higher level. One of the most important links is how to evaluate the application results of ERP project scientifically, effectively and reasonably, and reveal the usage of ERP correctly. The petrochemical industry is an important part of the economic base of our country. The representative petrochemical enterprises of our country have completed the construction of ERP projects, but compared with the foreign advanced enterprises, there is still a certain gap in the application effect of ERP in the petrochemical industry of our country. An important reason for this gap is the lack of an effective post-evaluation system for ERP projects in Chinese petrochemical industry enterprises after the implementation of the ERP project. In this paper, the financial management, project management, human resources management, strategic management and other related theories are used to analyze the post-evaluation of ERP project in Shengli Oilfield Company. In the process of analysis, the system analysis method is used. Literature retrieval, empirical analysis, case analysis and other research methods. On the basis of studying various theories and methods of ERP project evaluation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of post-evaluation of ERP project. According to the characteristics of petrochemical industry, a post-evaluation system of ERP project is established, a set of post-evaluation driving model of ERP project and an operable post-evaluation process of ERP project are put forward. Finally, taking the ERP project of Shengli Oilfield Company as an example, the post-evaluation system of the proposed ERP project is analyzed and verified, and the evaluation results are analyzed and fed back to the enterprise managers. Make the enterprise according to its own goals to modify the behavior, for the further development of the enterprise to provide suggestions. Through the research, this paper constructs the ERP project post-evaluation index system based on the balanced Scorecard, establishes the application evaluation index system from four aspects of finance, customer, internal operation, learning and growth, to evaluate the application performance of ERP. Get rid of the inferiority of evaluating from a single dimension. In setting the weights of each index, the expert comprehensive scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process are used synthetically to reduce the disadvantages of using the subjective evaluation only, and the qualitative analysis and the quantitative calculation are combined organically. The establishment of the judgment matrix of fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and the transformation of qualitative analysis into quantitative calculation can make the obtained results quantifiable and effectively avoid the disadvantages of ambiguity and incalculability of the previous evaluation results. The practical application effect of Shengli Oilfield Company's ERP system is analyzed by using the ERP project post-evaluation system, and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual application results. It shows that the evaluation system proposed in this paper has certain scientific and reference value.
