中国石油伊拉克公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在全球经济一体化的大环境下,从事跨国经营的中资企业面对激烈的市场竞争,要想在国际高端石油市场实现规模有效可持续发展,必须制定科学有效的发展战略。在伊拉克高风险的投资环境下,中资企业制定科学的发展战略,具有非常重要的意义。 本文运用战略管理的有关理论,从中国石油伊拉克公司的实际情况出发,对其发展战略进行了研究。本文首先从宏观环境和行业环境方面着手,分析了中国石油伊拉克公司面临的外部环境,并利用迈克尔·波特竞争五要素模型分析法对该公司的竞争环境进行了分析,明确了伊拉克石油投资市场的发展趋势以及产品的目标市场供需状况,对今后的市场形势进行了预测;其次,采用SWOT分析法,对中国石油伊拉克公司的内部资源和战略能力进行了综合分析,从而明确了公司的优势和存在的不足,并利用SWOT战略矩阵优化公司的发展战略,对公司的发展进行了合理的定位。最后,本文在对中国石油伊拉克公司内外部环境分析的基础上,提出了公司的战略目标、业务发展战略和职能战略,同时分析了公司发展战略的实施难点和实施步骤,从核心业务、战略优化、企业管理、队伍建设与企业文化建设等方面进行论述,提出了自己的意见和建议。本文的主要观点是:中国石油伊拉克公司应以石油及天然气勘探开发为主营业务,以炼油化工为辅助业务,积极实施“三大一统一”(大后勤、大安保、大环境、统一组织领导和协调)战略、快速上产开发战略、滚动发展战略和甲乙方一体化发展战略,进一步增强国际市场竞争能力,在伊拉克石油高端市场实现从“小战舰”到“大航母”的跨越,走一条可持续发展的道路。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of global economic integration, Chinese enterprises engaged in transnational operation are faced with fierce market competition. In order to achieve effective and sustainable development in the international high-end oil market, scientific and effective development strategies must be formulated. Under the environment of high risk investment in Iraq, it is of great significance for Chinese enterprises to formulate scientific development strategy. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper studies the development strategy of China Petroleum Iraq Company. In this paper, the external environment of China Petroleum Iraq Company is analyzed from the macro environment and industry environment, and the competitive environment of the company is analyzed by using Michael Porter's five-factor model of competition. The development trend of the Iraqi petroleum investment market and the supply and demand situation of the target market of the products are clarified, and the market situation in the future is forecasted. Secondly, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal resources and strategic capability of China Petroleum Iraq Company, so as to make clear the advantages and disadvantages of the company, and to optimize the development strategy of the company by using the SWOT strategy matrix. The development of the company for a reasonable positioning. Finally, based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of China Petroleum Iraq Company, this paper puts forward the strategic objectives, business development strategy and function strategy of the company, and analyzes the difficulties and steps of the implementation of the company's development strategy. This paper discusses the core business, strategic optimization, enterprise management, team construction and enterprise culture construction, and puts forward its own opinions and suggestions. The main points of view of this paper are as follows: CNPC should take oil and gas exploration and development as its main business, oil refining and chemical industry as its auxiliary business, and actively implement "three big and one unification" (big logistics, big security, big environment). Unified organization leadership and coordination) strategy, rapid production development strategy, rolling development strategy and Party B integration development strategy, to further enhance the international market competitiveness, From "small warships" to "large aircraft carriers" in the high end of the Iraqi oil market, we will take a sustainable path.
