核电企业构建安全文化评价体系研究

【摘要】：构建安全文化评价体系是核电企业加强核安全管理,推进核安全文化建设,走安全发展之路的必然选择。文章从核电企业人因管理的视角,结合企业核安全管理的结构体系和环境特征,遵循核安全文化评价体系设计原则,对核电企业构建安全文化评价体系进行研究,以期为我国核电企业加强核安全文化建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:The construction of safety culture evaluation system is the inevitable choice for nuclear power enterprises to strengthen nuclear safety management, promote nuclear safety culture construction and take the road of safety development. From the perspective of human factor management in nuclear power enterprises, combining with the structural system and environmental characteristics of nuclear safety management, and following the design principle of nuclear safety cultural evaluation system, this paper studies the construction of safety culture evaluation system in nuclear power enterprises. In order to provide reference for our nuclear power enterprises to strengthen nuclear safety culture construction.
